But on the other hand, I would also like to say that Confucius was not burdened by his own identity and thought that he only did great things. In the second sentence, Confucius talked about five important qualities. Reflecting on my own behavior, I have failed to do two things well, namely forgiveness and benefit. When managing a team, I rarely see the strengths of others, but more often see the areas that can be optimized, in the final analysis, I am not generous enough to others, because I am always worried about the future, and there may be a bigger mistake because of my indulgence (which is unfounded). This is inconsistent with an article I read this morning, which said "not afraid of the future (accepting the uncertainty of the future)".
