The control of the cleanliness of the hydraulic system is divided into control during installation and control during operation. After installation, if it is a large hydraulic station with a considerable length of metal pipeline, it is necessary to connect the hydraulic station with a large flow rate dedicated to flushing at the inlet of each pipeline, and the oil pipe at each actuator is shorted, and the pressure oil is directly returned to the oil tank for cleaning the pipeline.

The control during operation depends on the return oil filter and pressure oil filter that come with the system. It is also necessary to clean the tank once a year.

The cleanliness of the hydraulic system is not easy to maintain.

There are two types: equipment hydraulic system (for equipment) and debugging hydraulic system (for test bench).

The hydraulic oil in the hydraulic station has high requirements for cleanliness, and the abrasive particles and sludge in it can cause the valve to jam or operate poorly. And the abrasive particles will accelerate the oxidation of the oil. The cost of external circulation or bypass filtration is high, and there is a consumption of consumables.

With NAS1638 standard, the cleanliness of domestic hydraulic oil can be 8-10.

Oil cleanliness grade standard, GYKLD-B oil cleanliness tester has six built-in test standards. They are: 1, NAS1638 2, ISO4406 3, GJB420A 4, GJB420B 5, SAE749D 6, SAE4059E.

NAS1638 Standard: The NAS1638 is segment-counted and has 5 size segments. Since the degree of contamination of each size section of the actual oil cannot be the same, the degree of contamination of the tested oil sample is determined according to the highest grade.

At present, the hydraulic oil produced by ordinary technology in China can only reach NAS 8 10. NASA's NAS 1638 and ISO 4006-1987 fluid cleanliness levels are generally used.

1.Prevents air from entering the fluid. Measures: Replace the damaged seals in time, reduce the installation height of the hydraulic pump, and choose the hydraulic oil correctly.

2.Prevent water from being mixed into the oil. Measures: Strictly prevent water from entering the upper cover of the fuel tank.

3.Prevents impurities from being mixed into the fluid. Measures: Clean the inside of the fuel tank before filling the oil; When in use, the lid should be covered tightly; When filling the oil tank, use a filter to filter out the debris.

4.The system oil is circulated internally to filter impurities.

The main thing is to control the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil used, and then it is necessary to overhaul the cylinder, such as the dust ring, and the seal inside to be overhauled regularly.
