This is due to the new features of the latest official Realteck sound card driver itself, not the system. If you encounter this situation, you can find the "Audio Settings Tool" in the "Control Panel", double-click to run, by default in the lower right corner, open the program, and then "Realtek HD Audio Manager --> Audio Io--Connector Settings--Select"Disable front panel jack detection"。

Install a driver wizard, upgrade the sound card driver, and it's out.

1. It may be that the cable of the microphone is not plugged in properly, and it is recommended to replug the cable of the microphone.

2. It may be that the microphone is muted, just turn on the sound management.

3. It may be that the audio is high and incomplete.
