The harm of this food to the body should not be underestimated, and eating too much will have a great impact on the health of the heart, lungs and liver.     A healthy diet should also be reasonably matched, and you can't eat foods with expired nutritional shelf. For example, if you eat fried dough sticks and soy milk, you can't drink milk.
