After the computer is set to the energy-saving mode, the computer will automatically go to sleep if there is no operation for a period of time. Although this setting of the computer can save power, but in the actual use process will be more troublesome, so it is necessary to turn off the computer's energy-saving mode, how to cancel the computer's energy-saving mode:

1. After turning on the computer, it will be on the desktop of the computer.

First, check whether the host is working normally

If the lock light can turn on or off normally after pressing the digital lock key, it can be concluded that the system is operating normally, but it is not ruled out that there is no signal output due to problems with the display hardware.

Note: In addition to pressing the "numlock" key, you can also press the "capslock" case toggle key.

In addition, you can also turn on the speaker and listen for a prompt sound to turn on normally. If the prompt sound is also normal, it can be concluded that there is nothing wrong with the host.

2. The boot failure caused by the monitor itself cannot be displayed

Check whether the power of the display is turned on first, you can observe whether the status indication class on the display is flashing, or you can press the power button of the display to observe whether the screen will light up and show no signal and other prompts, and then turn it off.

If you turn on the power of the monitor, the monitor does not respond, and the status indicator does not change anything, it is likely that the power supply of the monitor is not connected.

If you confirm that the power supply is okay and the monitor is still not lit, it is likely that the power cord of the monitor is damaged, try to replace the power cord of the monitor, if the monitor is still not lit after replacing, it is recommended to send it for repair.

Step 2: Check the VGA cable.

After the power check is done, the screen will usually show a message such as no signal, and then enter standby mode. At this time, you need to check the VGA cable, that is, the signal connection cable between the host and the display, as shown in the figure below.

Note: Computers with discrete graphics cards need to connect the VGA data cable to the discrete graphics card, if it is connected to the integrated graphics card, it will also cause the host computer to have no signal output.

If the discrete graphics card is unplugged and connected to the integrated graphics card, and the machine displays normally, it may be caused by the failure of the discrete graphics card.

3. There is no signal on the display caused by computer hardware

When this happens, it is useless to switch between the upper and lower case keys or the number keys, which means that the motherboard cannot put the signal in and out normally. Then it's obviously a hardware issue.

Poor memory contact.

Poor memory contact is one of the most common causes of no signal output. Unplug the memory module, wipe the gold finger with an eraser, reinstall, observe whether the computer starts normally, the fault is still after reinstallation, it is recommended to replace the memory module and try again.

Capacitor bursting. Check whether the capacitor on the motherboard has a burst of pulp, if there is such a problem, you can try to replace the capacitor and try to boot it again.

I also have this issue with my LG ips226v, but it's not obvious, this issue is not related to the host. See if the display option can turn off the power-saving option.

There is no picture of the signal. See if there's anything wrong with the signal cable.

3. After clicking on the display, a new page will appear, and there is an adjustment brightness at the upper left foot of this page, click.

4. After clicking, we can see that the current selection is energy-saving, that is, power-saving mode, what mode is the computer, and what mode will be displayed here.

5. We only need to click on the small circle in front to select the mode of the computer, and it is best to be able to choose the balance mode recommended by the computer.

6. The brightness of each mode is not the same, we can adjust it on the current page, or we can adjust it on the computer keyboard, if the mode is adjusted, it is more convenient to adjust the brightness on the computer keyboard.

The main unit is powered on, the monitor does not display, the indicator light is yellow, and it prompts nosingnal (no signal input) or "please check the signal cable", indicating that there is no ** signal input to the monitor.

Workaround and Steps:

1. The screen will be black if the display is not in good contact, first of all, check whether the signal cable connected between the monitor and the host is loose and falling off. If so, it needs to be reinstalled and secured.

2. Fix the signal cable, boot the test again, if the fault is still there, open the side cover of the computer host, and clean up the dust in the host first, especially the chip pins, CPU power supply part, and the dust in the slot.

3. If the memory module is not in good contact, the screen will be black, and the memory will be plugged and unplugged again. And wipe the gold finger part of the memory with an eraser to remove the oxide layer, rust and dirt. Reinstall the test.

4. After reinstalling the memory, if the fault is still answered, disconnect the power supply of the host, cut off the BIOS battery on the nano motherboard, and short the positive and negative pins in the battery slot for 6 seconds. Or according to the instructions, short the BIOS pins for 6 seconds to discharge (electrostatic) the motherboard, and then reinstall the battery or jump the jumper back to its original position. Power on the host again and start the test.

5. If the fault persists, remove all the power and data connections of the equipment that are not related to the start of the eggplant. Only the CPU, memory, graphics card, and power supply are left. Take the test.

6. Finally, the power supply and graphics card can be replaced for testing.
