My general experience is that when you encounter this situation, you will first look at the hard drive indicator. If the hard drive light is also flashing or simply on, it means that a program is constantly reading and writing to the hard drive.

In the "View-Select Columns" in the Task Manager menu, check "I o Read" and "I o Write" and then confirm, you can see that in the original process pane, two columns of "I O Read" and "I O Write" are added after "Memory Usage". These two columns show how the hard disk is being used by each process. The higher the number, the more the process reads and writes to the hard disk; The faster the number changes, the more frequently the process reads and writes to the hard disk.

Therefore, as long as we find the processes in these two columns where the numbers change very quickly and the numbers are particularly large, we can basically find the behind-the-scenes from the perspective of hard disk usage.
