One. Brief rules.
ACM-ICPC represents each school as a team, with each team consisting of 3 team members. Each team member must be a student within 5 years of enrollment and can participate in a maximum of 2 World Finals and 4 Regional Auditions.
You can't apply individually, but you can participate in the online contest individually!

The exact time depends on the registration time of the regional competition published by your school, and the ACM Programming Contest will be held in May and October 2022.
The ACM (ACM ICPC or ICPC) International Collegiate Programming Contest is an annual competition sponsored by the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) that showcases college students' ability to innovate, work as a team, and write programs, analyze, and solve problems under pressure. After nearly 30 years of development, the ACM International Collegiate Programming Contest has developed into the most influential collegiate computer competition.
Here's a timeline of 18 years for your reference:
The format of the ACM International Collegiate Programming Contest is based on the cooperation of a team of three students using a computer system to complete 6-10 problem solving and coding tasks in a given period of five consecutive hours. The competition is awarded in three categories: Gold, Silver and Bronze. Contestants who fail to win the prize will receive a certificate of honor.
There are four Gold, Silver and Bronze prizes in each of the World Finals, each of which can be awarded in US dollars. It is precisely because of the scarcity of the number of awards that the gold content of the award of this event is even more obvious. The ACM International Collegiate Programming Contest Finals are held once a year, usually between February and April.
Due to venue constraints, the total number of teams that can usually be arranged is around 100. In accordance with the regulations of the World Cup, the headquarters of the ACM International Collegiate Programming Competition determines the qualifying places allocated to each continent every year according to the actual level of each continent (similar to the qualifying quota for each continent of the World Cup).
Hope mine helps you!

The form of participation (this is our school's ACM, I think it should be similar) 1. The competition will be participated in in the form of a team combination, and the team will generally participate in the class as a unit. Interested students can also form teams to participate in the competition.
2. Each team can be composed of 2-3 participants, one of whom is the team leader.
3. A team with more than two female players can be considered qualified as a women's team.
4. In the case of solving the same problem, the women's team will be given priority, and the solution time will be calculated secondly (except when competing for the first place).

Register at your local educational examination office.
The order of registration has nothing to do with it, each position should be the top three in the number of people who have passed the audit for interviews, and those who have not entered the interview will be adjusted to register for positions that are less than 1:3 after the unified registration is completed. Those who pass the line may not have the opportunity to interview, and the position applied for is very critical "The ratio of the number of planned hires to the number of people who have passed the written test has not reached 1: >>>More
