How to do process optimization, workflow optimization suggestions

This is what I wrote based on my own work experience, and I also sent it as an email to the project team, and it was executed. 1. Plan well before each stage.

3. Establish a demand change mechanism.

The problems of the current project are largely caused by the change of requirements, but the product design can not be perfect, and deficiencies may be found in each stage of design, development, testing and operation, resulting in the change of the original requirements, and a set of requirements change mechanism should be established to manage the changes at each stage. The ultimate goal of all enterprises should be to improve the value distribution of customers in the value chain. Reflected in the specific process design, it is to do everything possible to reduce the non-value-added activities in the process and adjust the core value-added activities in the process.

Implementation of process optimization:

4. Process optimization design: establish goals, confirm key processes, clarify the improvement direction and process optimization design, initially form supporting auxiliary information, and determine the optimization plan.

6. Implementation: Formulate a detailed optimization work plan, organize the implementation, and improve the supporting plan.

7. Eye evaluation: project effect evaluation, summarizing the experience of success and reputation, and guiding the improvement of process management.

8. Continuous improvement: Observe the operation status of the process, compare and analyze it with the predetermined optimization goal, correct and improve the deficiencies, and make the process optimization a continuous behavior.

The purpose of process optimization is to improve work quality, work efficiency, reduce costs, labor intensity, energy consumption, pollution, etc.
