Passenger transport is a supplementary form of shuttle bus passenger transport, which is a way to temporarily increase or deploy passenger cars according to the lines and stations of passenger shuttle buses when the passenger shuttle bus cannot meet the needs or cannot operate normally.
2) Chartered passenger transport refers to a passenger transport mode in which the passenger car is chartered to the user for the purpose of transporting group passengers, and the driving service is provided, and the passenger car is uniformly paid by the chartered user in accordance with the agreed origin, destination and route.
3) Tourist passenger transport refers to a mode of passenger transport for the purpose of transporting tourists for sightseeing, operating in tourist attractions or at least one end of its route in tourist attractions (points).
The term "passenger station operation" in these regulations refers to the business activities of providing relevant transport services for road passenger transport operators and passengers based on station facilities.
