1. Make sure if Direct 3D (D3D) is installed on your computer
To confirm, click Start - Run - Type "DXDIAG" and select "Display".
There is a Direct X function below the display, which are: Direct 3D and DirectDraw AGP texture acceleration.
If your D3D is written after it is disabled and enabled is grayed out, it means that you do not have D3D installed on your computer. If it is installed, the start button can be clicked.
2. How to install D3D:
The computer comes with a drive disk when it is bought. After the drive disk is opened, select lx-vga in the file, then go in and select the nvidia file, and then find an installation file, which is the installation file.
Restart your computer once the installation is complete. But it's not D3D yet, you have to update it.
