Other demobilized military cadres who hold divisional or regimental-level positions or battalion-level leadership positions and have served at least the minimum number of years shall be reasonably arranged with reference to the above provisions.
3.Demobilized military cadres who hold professional and technical positions shall generally be appointed to the corresponding professional and technical positions in accordance with the professional and technical positions they hold in the military or the professional and technical qualifications recognized by the state; Administrative positions may be arranged if required by work. Demobilized military cadres who hold administrative posts and concurrently hold professional and technical posts may be assigned to corresponding administrative posts or hired to corresponding professional and technical posts in accordance with the needs of local work and their own wishes.
4.The annual personnel increase plans of organs, organizations, and public institutions issued by the state shall first be used for the placement of demobilized military cadres. Public institutions that are fully staffed to accept and place demobilized military cadres shall increase their establishment accordingly according to the actual number of personnel to be recruited, and accordingly increase the total salary of personnel.
Regulations on the Placement of Retired Soldiers
Article 4 The whole of society shall respect and give preferential treatment to retired soldiers, and support the resettlement of retired soldiers.
State organs, social organizations, enterprises, and public institutions all have the obligation to accept and resettle retired soldiers, and when recruiting or employing staff members, they shall, under the same conditions, give priority to recruiting and employing retired soldiers. Retired soldiers who apply for civil service examinations or apply for positions in public institutions shall have their active military service experience as grassroots work experience. Units that accept and resettle retired soldiers shall enjoy preferential policies in accordance with state regulations.
Article 5 The department in charge of the resettlement of retired soldiers shall be responsible for the resettlement of retired soldiers throughout the country.
The competent departments for the resettlement of retired soldiers of local people's ** at or above the county level are responsible for the resettlement of retired soldiers in their respective administrative regions.
The relevant departments of the people's ** and the relevant departments of the armed forces shall do a good job of resettling retired soldiers within the scope of their respective duties.
Article 6 Retired soldiers shall abide by the relevant provisions on the placement of retired soldiersLaws and Regulations, subject to the placement of the people.
Units and individuals that have made outstanding contributions to the resettlement of retired soldiers shall be commended and rewarded in accordance with relevant state regulations.
