At present, the commonly used are acid ink blue and direct lake blue dye, black water blue is the main color of ink, the aqueous solution does not deteriorate when it is acid, but it becomes brown when it is alkaline. Direct lake blue plays a color-aiding role in ink, because it contains more impurities, it should not be used more, and it is easy to grow mildew in a humid environment.

3.Stabilizer:

The purpose of adding stabilizer to ink is mainly to eliminate the precipitation of ink, so as to avoid water interruption when writing. The stabilizers commonly used for closure are sulfuric acid (HSO4), oxalic acid (COOH)2, and formaldehyde (HCO) solution. These stabilizers are all acidic, which has buried potential hazards for paper acidification, and should not be used more.

4.Resists:

Because the stabilizer added to the ink has strong acidity, in order to prevent corrosion, a resist is often added to make it form a thin film with iron to reduce the corrosive effect of sulfuric acid 90The iron content in the ink does not increase due to corrosion of the nib, thus increasing the stability of the ink.

5.Wetting Agent:

In order to prevent the evaporation of water in the ink and cause inconvenience in writing, glycerol C3H5(OH)3, which is not volatile and absorbent, is added to the ink to keep the nib moist and facilitate writing.

6.Preservatives:

Organic substances and other substances contained in ink raw materials are easy to rot and mildew in a humid environment, so in order to prevent decay, phenol or sodium pentachlorophenol and other agents are often added as preservatives.

Main chemical components:

1. Dyes: such as acid ink blue that plays the role of the main color, and acid red that plays the role of color toning.

2. Stabilizers, such as sulfuric acid.

3. Preservatives, such as phenol, arsenic anhydride, etc.

4. Wetting agents, such as glycerin, ethylene glycol, etc.

5. Solvent, mainly treated water.

1 New ink stains or clothing that has not been stained for a long time can be soaked in hot milk or kefir, and it is easier to remove.

2 Ink stains on general clothing 1 part of oxalic acid and 10 parts of water can be used to make a mixed solution, heated, and carefully scrubbed after dipping a cotton ball in a hot state. As soon as the ink spots disappear, rinse them off with a little warm ammonia solution.

3 Ink stains on woolen cotton garments can be removed with a citric acid solution of 10.

4 Formulation of ink spot remover.

1) Ink stains can also be removed by mixing alcohol with a concentration of 96, ammonia with a concentration of 10 and water according to 1:l:1. The ammonia can change the color of the fabric, so it should be appropriately controlled when selecting to avoid color changes.

2) Even sodium dithionite, bleaching powder, or hydrogen peroxide can effectively remove ink stains from white clothing.

3) The ink stains on the white clothing can also be moistened with tap water first, and then moistened with a mixture of hydrogen peroxide with a slight heat concentration of 3 and oxalic acid with a concentration of 10, and then washed with water after wetting.

4) For the blue and black ink marks on the clothing, 1 part of citric acid, 10 parts of distilled water, and 2 parts of concentrated borax solution can be taken to prepare a remover. To prepare, first dissolve citric acid in distilled water, then add a concentrated borax solution, and mix well. Use a brush dipped in this agent to apply to the blue and black ink marks on the garment, then use absorbent paper to absorb the excess solution, and wash it with tap water after the ink stains are removed.
