The basic skill is that the big arm drives the small arm, the big arm is fixed and the force is forced, and the small arm is whipped.
But it takes a long time to practice.
When it comes to the game, because it's moving, there's also deformation, and irregular force.
In my experience, the forehand of table tennis is a non-conventional human movement, which means that it is not used in ordinary life. So you need to keep waving to get used to it. In the end, it becomes instinct.
It's like if you're walking, can you still figure out if you're walking?
Then, when you have reached the instinct (solid foundation), then in the game you will be able to rationalize the fundamentals through pace and reaction.
The backhand is a regular human move, so the backhand is better than the forehand for people who are just starting to play. This routine is a backlash. Hehe.
I don't know if you can understand what I'm saying. This is the essence of my table tennis learning, which is very suitable for self-study. After understanding the truth, whether you can become a master or not depends entirely on how much you practice.

Any swing of the racket to hit the ball in a table tennis ball is a "batting action". What is Pilot Shooting? The lead shot is the preparation for a certain stroke.
Let's take a more obvious example: when you pull the ball with your forehand, don't you have to open your forearms, pull your hands back, and then pull the ball harder? The action of opening the forearm and pulling the hand back is the lead shot.
To put it bluntly, the lead shot is a kind of accumulation process, like if you want to hit someone, don't you have to take your fist back and then hit it?
-
The lead is the preparation before directing the racket, that is, to guide the racket to a place where it can swing the racket.
-
Racket lead is an action that says that the racket should be stepped back to leave room for the swing to hit the ball, which is the opposite of hitting the ball.
-
1. Relax, don't concentrate on exerting force, or concentrate on making spins, and stay focused and not nervous. As insiders say, "loose but not shaky, tight but not stiff"; Only by relaxing can the muscles cope with the changes and exert strength. The state of tension and stiffness will deform the movement, and the force cannot be used;
2. If conditions permit, you should repeatedly practice the action of pulling the ball with the racket. Let the muscles form memories and achieve the purpose of fixed movements. In this process, it is not only the leading action, but also the overall coordination of legs, waist, shoulders, arms, hands, footwork, eye method, and heart method.
This is the basic skill, and professional athletes have practiced for more than ten years.
3. After the large outline of the action is fixed, then carve the parts and subtleties, such as the change of the shape of the beat, the force of the fingers, etc.;
Fourth, the lead shot is only one of the table tennis techniques, others such as serving, rubbing, plucking, pushing and so on one by one, the table tennis technology will be qualitatively improved.
-
The purpose of the lead racket is to increase the power space for the later swing of the racket. The lead racket is the racket action before we are ready to hit the ball, which is why we have to open our arms at 180° when we set the racket, just to prepare enough space for the swing of the racket at the back.
-
Pitching refers to the action that the arm or body needs to make to prepare for hitting the incoming ball, which is a kind of accumulation process, which is the action before the racket hits the ball.
-
Pitching refers to the preparation of the arm or body to hit the ball when facing the incoming ball, usually by swinging the racket backwards and then driving the arm forward to hit the ball through the strength of the waist.
-
It is the action of directing the racket in the opposite direction of the ball to be struck, as if it were the action of drawing a bow.
-
It's to lead the ball to another part of the table.
-
It is the accumulation of the ball with the hand backward and the process of hitting the ball is the lead of the ball when playing.
-
It is an action that leads the front beat backwards.
-
The action you do when you are ready to draw the ball is to put the racket down.
-
The action of swinging the racket before touching the ball.
-
The lead --- is a preparatory action before hitting the ball.
-
The action before the swing hits the ball.
-
Is it that the ball is led to another part of the table!!
-
The action from the start to the shot.
-
Lead the racket first, swing the racket, one first, one after the other.
-
One is that the correct lead is based on your prediction of the ball, and the movement of the footwork and the rotation of the body are carried out at the same time. In other words, while moving your body, you can complete the turn and lead the shot.
The second is that the speed of the incoming ball determines the size of the pitch, the faster the speed of the ball, the less reaction time, the smaller the amplitude of the pitch, or even not the pitch, relying on the body rotation and arms to hit the ball directly. Conversely, the amplitude of the lead shot can be a little larger.
The closer to the table, the smaller the amplitude of the racket, and the greater the amplitude of the racket.
Fourth, the spinning nature of the incoming ball determines the height of the lead, downspin the ball, your leader should be at least lower than the incoming ball, the stronger the downspin, the lower the lead. On the other hand, if it is a topspin ball, your lead is the same height as the incoming ball or not lower than the incoming ball, the stronger the topspin, the higher the lead shot, and the incoming ball with particularly strong topspin can only ensure that the return ball is not out of bounds by hitting the ball from top to bottom.
Fifth, the level of the incoming ball determines the height of the lead, the higher the ball, the higher the lead, and vice versa, the lower the ball, the lower the lead.
Sixth, the direction of the lead shot should be consistent with the direction of the body's center of gravity.
Seventh, when leading the shooting, it is necessary to make the arms, wrists and fingers naturally relaxed, the more relaxed, the clearer the mind judgment, and the more in place the position of the leading shooting.
Eighth, it is the most appropriate time to complete the lead shot just after the ball passes the net, and the latest moment the ball falls on your own table must complete the lead shot.
Nine is the rhythm of the lead and the rhythm of the incoming ball is the best beat, or in other words, the speed of the incoming ball is fast, the speed of your lead shot should also be fast, the speed of the incoming ball is slow, the speed of your lead shot should also be slowed down, and the speed of the lead shot is the same as the speed of the incoming ball.
Ten is to find out the best fixed position of the lead shot of your own single technique according to your own physical conditions and conditions, practice and freeze the frame, and form a conditioned reflex. For example, in general, the position of the forehand attack, the position of the shot when pulling down the spin, the position of the backhand side twist, the position of the pick-up in general, the position of the shoot in general, the position of the high-hitting ball in general, the position of the shot with a fast arc ball in general, and so on.
-
First of all, let's talk about my original mistake: the racket is the same height as the table, when the backhand is short, the upper step is ready to backhand dial or twist, the center of gravity is always slightly slow, resulting in stiffness of the forearm and wrist, and the racket is stretched flat into the table to hit the ball, which is always stiff. The result is that it is easy to get out of bounds and easy to get out of the net when you twist the ball.
Dr. Tang Jianjun believes that when the forehand picks up the short ball in the table, the step should be fast, the center of gravity should follow, and the racket should be raised in advance and inserted into the table from a slightly higher position and then hit the ball, presenting a V shape or U shape. From this point of view, I raise the racket to a slightly higher level than the table when hitting the backhand, and when the ball is short, I lift the racket up and insert it into the table to hit the ball, and then quickly restore it, and the effect is immediately reflected with a low error rate.
When the return is a long backhand ball, the racket can be directly directed to the abdomen or abdomen slightly downward, depending on the rotation of the incoming ball to adjust the shape of the racket, and at the same time there is a belly tuck action, hitting the ball at the high point or before the fall of the incoming ball. Pay attention to the return point and try to cause trouble for the opponent, and don't be easily pulled back.
There are three important links in table tennis to use the forehand.
Recently, I am teaching a few golfers to learn the curve ball technique, in order to better explain to others, I turned out some of the old teaching videos that I originally saved and then reviewed it again, ** and then combined with the explanation of others I feel that I have gained a lot, and I feel that I have improved a lot theoretically when I first started to learn forehand power, especially write it out and share it with friends:
The teaching video I kept was explained by Dr. Tang Jianjun, and I personally felt that Dr. Tang's explanation was very thorough, and the action demonstration was also in place, especially the three components of the forehand power of attacking the ball and the curve ball benefited me a lot. The forehand power generally includes three steps: leading the racket, swinging the racket to hit the ball, and restoring the center of gravity from right to left, which will be explained in detail below (taking the right hand as an example).
First, lead the shooting. The action of the lead shot should be completed under the guidance of the body, we must pay attention to the main body of table tennis is your body, not just the arms and hands, generally you should first turn to the right and press the body center of gravity to the right foot, and at the same time, due to the natural waist of the shoulder, drive the arm to the right rear of the body.
Second, swing the racket to hit the ball. When the opponent's return ball comes, choose the right time, turn the body back to the right while raising the right leg to the top of the hip, and transfer the power to the arm through the back muscles to hit the ball, the arm is properly relaxed, and the force is only exerted at the moment of hitting.
Third, restoration. At the same time of hitting the ball, the center of gravity should be shifted from the right foot to the left foot with the rotation action, so as to transmit the power of the waist, especially when pulling the arc ball, this action should be large, and the fast attack near the table can reduce the corresponding range of action.
The action is small during the fast attack, but it is important to note that there is still a relatively small shift of the center of gravity; When pulling the arc ball, you must involve your body, not only rely on your arms to play the ball, that is, try to experience the waist turn and the center of gravity exchange, otherwise the curve ball is difficult to practice and will be difficult to improve the technique due to the deformation of the action. (Amateur language teaches you to use your waist more reasonably, the first lecture, the second lecture).

Table tennis teaching: how to find the best position to hit the ball, you need the answer here.

In table tennis, we are required to start from a relatively static state into a state of movement, so how to do a good job in the transformation of this stationary and movement is very beneficial to our table tennis level. So, how do we know the direction of the lead in table tennis?
Obviously, the faster you move from relative rest to motion, the more time you have to prepare for a few cricket shots, and the higher the quality of your shots. So, we always want to be in a relaxed and efficient state of preparation to be able to hit the ball back.
The direction of the lead of the table tennis ball refers to:
For example, from top to bottom or vice versa, from left to right or vice versa, it is a matter of direction. The sports data on table tennis show that for most right-handed racketers, the fastest direction of movement is the top-down lead and the left-to-right lead shot.
For example, Hong Kong's Tiyana, who has a relatively high backhand skill, relies more on her backhand to prepare for the shot, because once the backhand comes, she can immediately quickly return the shot and speed up, and when the forehand comes, the left-to-right lead shot is also more natural, which can improve efficiency.
If you judge in advance that your opponent is serving a short ball with a backhand, you can improve the preparation posture of your backhand and naturally lead the shot from high to low when hitting the ball. If it is a long ball, the higher lead can be lowered naturally, and the efficiency can be greatly improved compared to the opposite direction of the lead shot.

There is no limit to the size, shape and weight of the racket racket, but the bottom plate should be flat and hard.
The thickness of the base plate should be at least 85 natural wood, and the adhesive layer of the reinforcing base plate can be made of fibrous materials such as carbon fiber, glass fiber or compressed paper, and each adhesive layer should not exceed the total thickness of the base plate or millimeters.
The surface of the racket used to hit the ball should be covered with a layer of ordinary granular glue with outward particles, and the thickness of the adhesive should not exceed 2 mm; or cover with sponge glue with particles inward or outward, together with adhesive, with a thickness of no more than 4 mm.
The surface of the racket used to hit the ball should be covered with a layer of ordinary granular glue with outward particles, and the thickness of the adhesive should not exceed 2 mm; or cover with sponge glue with particles inward or outward, together with adhesive, with a thickness of no more than 4 mm.
"Ordinary granular rubber" is a layer of non-foaming natural rubber or synthetic rubber, the particles of which must be distributed over the entire surface at an average density of not less than 10 and no more than 50 particles per square centimeter.
Sponge glue"That is, a layer of foam rubber is covered with a layer of ordinary granular glue, and the thickness of the general granular glue is not more than 2 mm.
The covering should cover the entire surface, but not beyond its edges. The part close to the handle and the finger grip can be left uncovered or covered with any material.
The base plate, any interlayer in the base plate, the covering and the adhesive layer should be a whole of uniform thickness.
The racket must be matte on both sides, with or without covering, and be bright red on one side and black on the other. The edging on the edges of the body should be matte and not white.
Accidental damage, wear or fading can result in slight differences in the integrity and color consistency of the surface. As long as there is no significant change in the performance of the paddle, it can be used.
At the start of the game and when the player needs to change the racket, he must show the opponent and the referee the racket he will use and allow them to inspect it.

What are the thicknesses of table tennis rackets specified in the rules? The thickness of the bottom plate is not specified Some have regulations The size, shape and weight of the racket are not limited, but the bottom plate should be flat and hard
-
Including the thickness of the base plate - not limited, the thickness of the rubber - must not exceed 2 mm (excluding sponges).
