In fact, objectively speaking, among Zhu Yuanzhang's children, Zhu Tan is a clear stream. Because the princes who were born in the family of emperors are nothing more than two ways of life:

One is to devote all energy and resources to the struggle for the throne. For example, the nine sons of the Kangxi Dynasty in later generations are typical;

The other is to take advantage of his money and leisure, and constantly lust and spend all day drinking. After all, being a ridiculous prince is actually the most cost-effective thing in the world: when the emperor needs to worry, fighting for the throne is dangerous for his life, but if a prince just likes to eat, drink, prostitute and gamble, I am afraid that no one will care about this kind of thing.

Because the punishment is to shave people's hair, which is insulting, Zhu Yuanzhang's son was sentenced to punishment because of his misdeeds in his own feudal state.

This punishment is insulting, because his son Zhu Tan killed 36 boys and girls in order to refine the elixir of life, Zhu Yuanzhang has always been diligent and loves the people, and he is so angry that he is reluctant to kill his own son, so he is punished.

Because this punishment is to pluck out all the hair on the person, and in ancient times, the emphasis was on the hair of birth and the parents of the recipient; But because what this son did was so infuriating and harmed many children, Zhu Yuanzhang wanted to treat him like this.

Zhu Yuanzhang is a strict father, and he is really ruthless when he teaches his son a lesson. If you can't kill it, then punish it well. Zhu Yuanzhang chose the gentlest punishment and let his son bear the punishment. This kind of punishment will definitely be remembered by the inmate for the rest of his life.

This kind of punishment is called the punishment of the beard, that is, the removal of all the beards, this punishment was an insult to people at that time, Zhu Yuanzhang used this to punish his son, one is to make others think that he has not bent the law for personal gain, and the other is to let his son die.

Because Zhu Yuanzhang's son Zhu Tan was very superstitious and wanted to make himself immortal, he wanted to use 100 babies as medicine to attract refining elixir. And this matter was known to Zhu Yuanzhang, so he punished Zhu Tan.
