Your language skills are:

IELTS requires a score of 6 or above of 20 in all four components of Reading, Listening, Speaking and Writing.

IELTS requires a score of 5 or above in all four components of Reading, Listening, Speaking and Writing with a score of 15.

The IELTS test has a score of 0 for a score of less than 5 in the Reading, Listening, Speaking and Writing sections.

Your work experience is:

If you have a score of 60 in your major and have worked in a profession related to your profession for more than 3 years, 10 points.

5 points if you have a score of 40, 50 or 60 in your profession and you are in a job that is not related to your profession but is on the immigration occupation table and you have more than 3 years of work experience.

You have been studying full-time in Australia for one year or more and have obtained a degree, diploma or trade certificate from an Australian school with 5 points.

You have a PhD in Australia with 10 points.

Spouse skills: Your spouse is under 45 years old, IELTS 5 and has passed the vocational assessment 5.

If the above conditions are not met, 0 points.

Additional points: 5 points if you meet any of the following three criteria.

Six out of the four years prior to submitting the application have worked in Australia in professional skills.

Invest AUD$100,000 in an Australia** approved investment project with an investment period of at least 12 months.

The applicant is fluent in one of Australia's major ethnic communities listed in the Gazette.

Family sponsorship: You have a parent, sibling, uncle or child who is a permanent resident or citizen of Australia and gives you a sponsorship to get 15 points.

Add up the above scores, if you have a score of 115 points, then you are fully eligible for independent skilled migration; If your score is 70 109 points, you will be taken into account; If the score is less than 70 points, you are not eligible for immigration.

4. Before the lawyer submits all the application materials, the applicant needs to pay the remaining attorney fee of 13,000 Australian dollars and the remaining ZYDP service consulting fee of 8,000 Australian dollars, and submit the application immediately after full payment. 6. The applicant can land in Australia within three months after obtaining the 457 visa, and can transfer to 186PR within two years after landing, and the application time is three months (if the immigration policy remains unchanged).
