After starting, the Set Password or Not dialog box is displayed, select Yes, and then re-enter the password twice in the next dialog box.

Remember that the password should be the password that you use frequently, otherwise it will be very troublesome to forget the password!

At this time, the system is protected by the freezing point, and there will be a stupid bear icon in the lower right corner If you want to add a protected file: press Ctrl+Ait+Shift+F6 to call out the freezing point, and enter the management password you set in the dialog box below.

Select the third option, Boot Thawed, which does not protect the system.

Then confirm the restart, after restarting, a red flashing icon will appear in the bottom right corner of the computer.

This means that your computer will not be protected so any action you do on the protected hard drive is unprotected, then add the files you need, and then press Ctrl+Ait+Shift+F6 to call up the freezing point.

Enter the management password, select the first option Boot Frozen to protect the system, reboot, and then Freezing Point continues to start protecting the system! Resources.

Method 1: In the DOS environment.

If you forget the password, there is another DOS computer at the same time also has the freezing point software, at this time, copy the file in the computer that forgot the freezing point password: C: this file, and then put it in the DOS computer C disk directory, and then hit the DOS computer to change the password, and then replace the file to the computer that forgot the password, the password will be replaced with the modified password, and the problem can be solved.

Method 2: Crack the password.

1.Ghost the current system C drive to another partition, I named it DF here.

2.Then restore the clean cwin after installation to the C disk, and install the freezing point restoration wizard on the base of this system. The Freezing Point Wizard installed this time can set a simple password or no password, and also disable its restore protection (let the icon be marked with a red cross).

3.At this time, reboot Windows into safe mode, copy out of the root directory of the C drive, I put this file in the root directory of the D drive.

4.Restart the computer, open DF with Ghost Explorer, and drag and drop the root directory of the D drive you just copied out to the root directory of the DF you just opened.

5.Restore DF to C drive.

If you follow the steps above and do not make a mistake step by step, after the computer restarts, you will see the freezing point restore icon reappear, and an x will appear on the icon!
