The registration process is as follows:

1) Select the place where you want to take the test and register for the test.

Log in to the online registration system, select the name of the professional and technical personnel qualification examination, and enter the online registration interface. After selecting the province (city), the name of the candidate, the name of the exam you are applying for, the region you are applying for, the payment method and the consultation will be displayed in the prompt bar.

Note: Candidates who have not undergone identity and academic degree verification cannot choose to register for the exam.

2) Read the "Notice" and "Application Instructions".

Candidates read the "Notice of Notification and Commitment System for Registration Certificates for Professional and Technical Personnel Qualification Examination" and "Application Instructions", click "Read and Know" to enter the application information entry interface.

3) Enter, check and save the registration information.

Candidates select the test location (city), check point, application level and application major in turn, and the system displays the name of the subject corresponding to the reported level and major, and the subject with the " " logo in front represents the selected subject (the result is valid for one year does not need to be manually selected).

When the applicant fills in the information, the name, ID number, education and degree information will automatically call the user registration information, and the information items with "*" in the filling in are required items, and after filling in, enter the verification code and click the "Save" button. The online registration system will verify the candidates' majors and years of study, and prompt candidates to operate accordingly according to different situations.

Note: For exams with results valid for more than 1 year, if the candidate has passed the subject within the validity period of the score when entering or modifying the registration information, the passing time will be displayed after the subject name.

4) Confirm the registration information.

Once the registration information is confirmed, the applicant will not be able to modify the registration information again, and the candidate should carefully check the entered information.

5) Sign the "Application Commitment".

After the candidates fill in the relevant information, the system generates the "Professional and Technical Personnel Qualification Examination Registration Certificate Notification Commitment System Application Commitment Letter" (electronic text), and the candidates are signed by themselves to sign the commitment letter, and it is not allowed to commit on behalf of the applicant.

6) Special circumstances review.

7) Pay the exam fee.

After passing the qualification verification, the applicant can pay the fee on the spot at the designated place or through the online payment platform according to the payment method stipulated by the examination organization at the place of registration, and the registration will be completed after the fee payment is completed.

Application requirements: 1. Obtain a college degree in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine, and have worked in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine for 5 years;

2. Obtain a bachelor's degree or bachelor's degree in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine, and have worked in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine for 3 years;

3. Obtain a second bachelor's degree, graduate class or master's degree in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine, and work in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine for 1 year;

5. For those who have obtained the corresponding academic qualifications or degrees in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine related majors, the number of years of working in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine will be increased by 1 year.

Since the official website has not yet announced the registration conditions for licensed pharmacists in 2021, we can first refer to the registration conditions for licensed pharmacists in 2020.

Licensed pharmacist registration conditions: all subjects.

All citizens of the People's Republic of China and foreign nationals who are allowed to work in China can apply to take the professional qualification examination for licensed pharmacists if they meet one of the following conditions:

1.Obtained a college degree in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine, and worked in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine for at least 5 years;

2.Obtain a bachelor's degree or bachelor's degree in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine, and have worked in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine for at least 3 years;

3.Obtained a second bachelor's degree, graduate or master's degree in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine, and worked in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine for at least 1 year;

4.Obtained a doctorate degree in pharmacy and traditional Chinese medicine;

5.Personnel who have obtained the corresponding academic qualifications or degrees in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine related majors will have 1 year of work in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine.

Licensed pharmacist registration conditions: exempted from two subjects.

Those who meet the application conditions of the "Regulations on the Professional Qualification System for Licensed Pharmacists", obtain senior professional titles in pharmacy or medicine in accordance with relevant national regulations and work in pharmacy positions, can be exempted from the examination of pharmacy professional knowledge (1) and pharmacy professional knowledge (2), and only participate in the examination of pharmaceutical administration and regulations, and comprehensive pharmaceutical knowledge and skills; Those who have obtained a senior professional title in Chinese Materia Medica or Traditional Chinese Medicine and work in a position in Chinese Materia Medica can be exempted from the examination of professional knowledge of Chinese Materia Medica (1) and professional knowledge of Chinese Materia Medica, and only take the examination of two subjects: Pharmaceutical Administration and Regulations, and Comprehensive Knowledge and Skills of Chinese Materia Medica.

Note: After 2021, candidates with secondary school degree will not be able to take the licensed pharmacist examination.

Registration for the 2021 licensed pharmacist examination is expected to start in 08. From 2021 onwards, secondary school diplomas are no longer allowed to apply for the licensed pharmacist examination, and the minimum academic qualifications will be increased to junior college.

The registration conditions for the 2022 licensed pharmacist examination are college degree and above; Graduated from pharmacy and traditional Chinese medicine; With relevant work experience, the higher the academic qualification, the shorter the work experience required, 4 years of work experience for a college degree, and 2 years of work experience for a bachelor's degree.

1) Obtain a college degree in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine, and have worked in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine for 4 years.

2) Obtain a bachelor's degree or bachelor's degree in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine, and have worked in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine for at least 2 years.

3) Obtain a second bachelor's degree, graduate class or master's degree in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine, and work in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine for 1 year.

4) Obtain a doctorate degree in pharmacy and traditional Chinese medicine.

5) Personnel who have obtained the corresponding academic qualifications or degrees in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine related majors shall have 1 year of work in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine positions.

The registration period for licensed pharmacists in 2022 is scheduled from November 5, 2022 to November 6, 2022.
