Finally, I have to mention the different kind of atmosphere I experienced in the practice department.

In the general branch of the Youth League and in the practice department, all our committee members and ministers are not only colleagues but also good friends with deep feelings, where we help each other, learn together, and unite to complete the tasks assigned by the superiors. In every regular meeting, we can deeply understand that the meetings of our department will not be rigid and rigid as the previous meetings, but will be replaced by everyone expressing their own opinions, which is vivid. In addition to expressing his own opinions and opinions on our recent work performance, the minister also discusses with us how to do our work in the future, and sometimes makes suggestions on how we should do things in a daily manner.

But that's not to say that our meetings are inefficient, on the contrary, they are very informative, and we get no less out of them than any so-called serious meetings!

However, after a few months of work, I also found that I have many shortcomings, such as my comprehensive quality and organizational management ability need to be improved, my personal work efficiency is not high, and I am not familiar with many businesses. In view of these shortcomings, I think that in the future work, I should make a detailed plan for myself, arrange my work reasonably, continue to devote myself to the study work with the greatest energy, and actively learn from the seniors!

2. Inspect the learning situation of each class and supervise the implementation of the student system in each class.

3. Focus on serving students, exercising students, helping students solve difficulties encountered in learning, and doing a good job as a bridge between teaching and learning.

As a deputy department, the work is mainly divided into two parts: internally, listen to the arrangement and assist the minister in the calculation of grades, activity planning, data collation, etc. Externally, it organizes the officers of the headquarters to inspect classes and organize various lectures.

Next, I would like to make a brief summary of my work in the student union for a year and a half: the work of the learning department mainly consists of daily course inspection, calculation of grades at the beginning of the semester, organization of lectures and various academic competitions.

1. Under the leadership of the minister, in addition to the construction of the entire student union system, establish its own departmental management system and standardize the internal work rules. Committed to the internal construction of the department and the improvement of recognition.

3. Observe in the work, make progress in learning, improve the ability and improve yourself. In line with the purpose of serving students, optimize the image of the Learning Department.

The work of the deputy department is like a glass of lemonade: without the weight of the minister's work, more often we are the "wait" word in the list, and we cannot taste the sweetness of being noticed; But compared with the light and tasteless ordinary work, it has its own unique requirements and perceptions, just like the faint fragrance of lemon. A slice of lemon lasts for 72 hours, and I think the experience and harvest that this job has brought me is long and precious, and will accompany me all my time in the student union until the end.
