The second is to organize and implement the staff quality project, organize employees to carry out "post training" activities around their own work, improve the operation level and job skills of employees, and better adapt to the quality requirements of technological development for employees.

Practice has proved that grassroots trade unions can do a good job around the overall situation, and can win the trust of the organization and the support of employees.

Second, we must enhance the sense of innovation. The situation is developing, the society is progressing, and the work of trade unions must also keep pace with the times, seek innovation and change, and only then can they keep up with the rhythm of the times. The first is to innovate the concept and find the right position.

Consciously position the work of the trade union in the overall situation of improving the quality of employees, stimulating work enthusiasm, and safeguarding legitimate rights and interests, so as to avoid falling into the misunderstanding of discussing trade unions on trade unions. If we talk about maintenance, we should not only talk about safeguarding the specific interests of employees, but also about safeguarding the overall interests of the enterprise; On distribution, we should not only emphasize the status of employees' materialized labor in the distribution, take into account the principle of fairness, but also pay attention to the status of intellectual labor such as technology, knowledge, management, and capital in the distribution, pay attention to the principle of giving priority to efficiency, and support the administrative leadership to rationally widen the income gap and make various factors rationally allocated in the pattern of benefit distribution.
