7. Roll out the noodles into thin slices, my board is too small, so I have to divide a piece of noodles into three pieces, and fold the noodles like this. Try to roll it thinner, I can't stretch it because the board is small, so the roll is not thin enough, we have to find an objective reason, that is, not to say that our level is not good.
8. Cut it horizontally into strips, then vertically into pieces, and cut it into square dough sheets of appropriate size;
9. Put the filling in the middle of the dough;
10. Fold in half and knead the edge, if the wrap is good, it should not be kneaded and the filling will not be exposed, but I am afraid of revealing the filling, so I pinch it tightly.
11. Fold the edges, I put a little too much stuffing, because I feel that the dough is too big and wasteful, if the stuffing is less, the width of the edge and the width of the filling should be the same;
12. Roll both sides over, knead together, and the small wontons will be wrapped;
13. Fry the eggs into egg skins, cut them into shreds, cut the mustard into cubes, add seaweed, shrimp skin, chopped coriander, pepper, chicken essence and salt; (I ran out of nori and replaced it with sushi seaweed cut into slices).
14. Start boiling the wontons, after the water boils, first take out a bowl and pour it into the seasoning, then put in the wontons, and roll three times.
This amount is just enough for the two of us to eat two meals, and the rest is put in the refrigerator to freeze, which is delicious and trouble-free to eat in the morning.
