If you don't want strangers to enter your FTP server at will, or if you want to set up a VIP member's area, you should select "No" in the "Anonymous" window, so that only users with your permission can log in to the FTP. After allowing anonymous login, you need to specify the home directory for the anonymous account to upload or conceal the upload, which is the directory that the anonymous user will see when logging in to your FTP server.

3.Create a new account. In addition to anonymous users, we generally need to set up a password dedicated, which means that you can allow designated users to access your server with a dedicated password, which is useful for membership** or for friends only.

In the "Named" window, select "Yes" as "Create a name", go to the "Name" setting, fill in the name you specified, and then enter the password in the "Password" window.

Click "Next", you will be asked to specify the FTP home directory, and ask if you want to lock the user in the home directory, select "Yes", the function is basically the same as the anonymous account setting, and will not be repeated. Next, you need to set the remote administrator permissions for the account, which are divided into five options: "No Permission", "Group Administrator", "Domain Administrator", "Read-only Administrator" and "System Administrator", each of which has different permissions and can be set according to the specific situation.

FTP Activation Method:
