2.If the "bus card bank card ID card" is unresponsive after being placed on the mobile phone, it is recommended to adjust the position, in addition, it is recommended to place the "bus card bank card ID card" vertically, close to the top of the mobile phone.

2. China Mobile's "Hebao" payment function cannot be used.

1. You need to use a SIM card of China Mobile and support NFC function; You can contact China Mobile to confirm whether it is supported, if not, you need to apply for a replacement SIM card.

2. Install the "Hebao" and the corresponding plug-ins (security plug-ins, payment plug-ins, transportation card or bank card application plug-ins);

4. If the mobile SIM card is inserted into the inner card slot (card 1) position. Go to "Settings" > More > NFC. Make sure the NFC Secure Chip option is selected Card 1, tap Payments for the default payment app selection and package.

5. If the mobile SIM card is inserted into the external card slot (card 2, SD SIM card slot). When using Hebao for the first time, please temporarily disable Card 1 in "Settings" Dual SIM Management, make sure that Hebao sends SMS authentication through Card 2, and select Card 2 in the NFC Security Chip option, the default payment application selection and package.

6. After entering the package, install the corresponding bus card bank card, and set the card that needs to be used as the default card, if the card is a bus card, it needs to be recharged and used.
