2023 New Policy Requirements for Registered Safety Engineers:

1) Have a college degree in safety engineering and related majors, and have been engaged in safety production business for 5 years; Or have a college degree in other majors, and have been engaged in safety production business for more than 6 years.

2) Have a bachelor's degree in safety engineering and related majors, and have been engaged in safety production business for at least 3 years; Or have a bachelor's degree in other majors, and have been engaged in the whole production business of Anga for more than 4 years.

3) Have a second bachelor's degree in safety engineering and related majors, and have been engaged in safety production business for at least 2 years; or have a second bachelor's degree in other majors, and have been engaged in safety production business for at least 3 years.

4) Have a master's degree in safety engineering and related majors, and have been engaged in safety production business for at least 1 year; or have a master's degree in other majors, and have been engaged in safety production business for at least 2 years.

He has a doctorate degree and has been engaged in safety production business for 1 year.

2. Intermediate registered safety engineer registration process

1. Select the place of examination and registration.

Log in to the online registration system, select the name of the professional and technical personnel qualification examination, and enter the online registration interface. After selecting the province (city), the name of the candidate, the name of the exam you are applying for, the region you are applying for, the payment method and the consultation will be displayed in the prompt bar.

Note: Candidates who have not undergone identity, education, and degree verification cannot choose to register for the exam.

2. Read the "Notice" and "Application Instructions".

Safety engineer candidates read the "Notice of Notification and Commitment System for Professional and Technical Personnel Qualification Examination Registration Certificates" and "Application Instructions", select [I have read and agreed], and click [Next] to enter the application instructions. If you do not want to register, click [Give Up Registration] to withdraw from the test registration.

3. Enter, check and save the registration information.

4. Sign the "Application Commitment".

After the candidates fill in the relevant information, the system generates the "Professional and Technical Personnel Qualification Examination Registration Certificate Notification Commitment System Application Commitment Letter" (electronic text), and the candidates are signed (submitted) by themselves to sign (submit) the commitment letter, and it is not allowed to commit on behalf of the applicant.

5. Confirm the registration information.

By clicking "Registration Information Confirm", the candidate confirms that the submitted registration information is complete and accurate. Once the registration information is confirmed, the applicant will not be able to modify the registration information again, and the applicant should carefully check the entered information.

6. Pay the exam fee.

After passing the safety engineer qualification verification, the candidates can pay the fee at the designated place or through the online payment platform according to the payment method stipulated by the examination organization at the place of registration, and the registration work will be completed after the payment is completed.

The safety engineer must be registered within five years, and if the initial registration is applied for beyond the specified time, it shall be handled according to the initial registration after the expiration of the excavation period. Applicants who are approved for registration shall be issued a registration certificate for intermediate registered safety engineers by the Ministry of Emergency Management.

Within 5 years. Article 18 of the "New Provisions" stipulates that those who apply for the initial registration of intermediate registered safety engineers shall submit them to the registration preliminary examination agency within 5 years from the date of obtaining the professional qualification certificate of intermediate registered safety engineers. If the initial registration is applied for beyond the prescribed time, it shall be handled as the overdue initial registration.

The Intermediate Registered Safety Engineer registration is valid for 5 years. If it is necessary to renew the registration 3 months before the expiration of the validity period, an application for renewal of registration shall be submitted to the registration preliminary examination authority. If the registration of Source & Pheng is not renewed after the expiration of the validity period, you can apply for re-registration as needed.

If the intermediate registered safety engineer changes the registration within the validity period of the registration, he or she must apply to the registration preliminary examination agency in a timely manner.

The specific requirements for the initial registration, renewal of registration, change of registration, re-registration and overdue initial registration of intermediate registered safety engineers shall be implemented in accordance with relevant regulations. If the registration certificate is obtained by improper means, the registration certificate shall be revoked by the issuing authority and shall not be re-registered within 5 years; where a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility is pursued in accordance with law.
