1. General Provisions This crane is specially used for loading and unloading trucks and stacking of international standard containers in the container yard. In the walking distance of the gantry crane can be carried out to lift a box through three boxes of operation, in order to expand the scope of operation of the crane, this machine has the extension distance of two meters on both sides, plus the working length of 35 meters in the span of the gantry, forming a 50-meter-long trolley operation line. At the same time, in order to adapt to different container stacking directions and container trailer walking directions, this machine is designed with a trolley rotation mechanism, which can make the container rigging rotate 1700 when empty or fully loaded, so as to improve the loading and unloading efficiency.

This machine is equipped with telescopic container rigging (also known as spreader), and the opening and closing locking action and telescoping of the rigging can be operated by the driver in the control room.

The crane runs on a track with a gauge of 35 meters, the track model is QU80, and the track installation quality must meet the provisions of the Ministry of Communications of the People's Republic of China Standard JT5022-86 "Technical Conditions for Rail Installation of Port Cranes" to ensure the safe use of the crane under the rated load.

The control room is suspended on the trolley rotating frame, and the rotating frame and container rigging move and rotate together to ensure that the driver has a good line of sight, so as to accurately operate the box.

All mechanisms of this crane are working institutions. That is, it can carry the load action to complete the lifting, lowering, traversing, rotating and running of the whole machine along the yard track of the 20-foot or 40-foot container. The design and verification of the crane are carried out in accordance with the corresponding provisions of China's current national standards GB3811-83 "Crane Design Code" and GB6070-85 "Safety Regulations for Lifting Machinery" to ensure the normal operation of the crane during container loading and unloading operations.

1) Lifting capacity.

The lifting capacity of the container reach stacker is determined according to the rated lifting capacity and the weight of the spreader. The rated lifting capacity is generally determined according to the maximum total weight of the container to be lifted, and the maximum weight of the international standard 40h container is taken. At present, the reach stacker produced by various manufacturers for lifting 40h has a spreader weight of about 10t.

2) Lifting height.

The lifting height is the stacking height, which is generally 4 layers of box height, such as 8ft 6in (that is, the box height is considered, and a certain safety clearance is also added, and the lifting height is generally about 11m. If the height of the five-layer box is required, the lifting height should not be less than, generally about 13m.

3) Working range.

Container reach stackers are typically capable of working across a row of containers. Generally, it is required that when the first row of containers is operated, the distance between the outer edge of the front wheel and the container is about 700mm, and the minimum working range should be 2m away from the outer edge of the front wheel. When operating on the second row of containers, the distance between the front wheel and the first row of containers is about 500mm, and the minimum working amplitude is from the outer edge of the front wheel.

4) Body dimensions.

Container reach stackers are mainly used in freight yard operations, which are required to adapt to narrow site conditions, so they have high requirements for passing performance and need to control the width and length of the body. In addition, the stability of the whole machine and the force of the frame should also be considered. Generally, the reach stacker is required to be able to turn on the right angle channel on the left and right, on the left!

I can turn 90 degrees in the right channel. Therefore, it is required that its minimum turning radius is on the left and right, the maximum wheelbase is about 5500mm, and the length of the car body with boom is about? 500-8000mm, the body width is generally about 3500-4000mm.

5) Walking speed.

The operating distance of the container reach stacker is generally within 40-50m, which is more reasonable. If the distance is too far, a trailer should be used for horizontal transportation between the cutting-edge machinery and the yard. Container reach stacker truck is only allowed to travel at low speed when fully loaded, because the container reach stacker has a large weight, when lifting 40t, the total weight of the whole machine reaches 110t, if the driving speed is too fast, it has a greater impact on climbing, braking, stability of the whole machine and engine power, so the maximum speed when fully loaded generally does not exceed 10km h.

It can drive at high speed when unloaded, generally about 25km h.

The container spreader adopts the structural design of semi-automatic or automatic elastic lock control, the whole operation process of the spreader does not need to use auxiliary components, belongs to the mechanism of pure mechanical operation, and the rotary lock of the spreader bearing beam is driven by the elastic zipper to drive the rack to move and drive the opening and closing of the lock, so that the operation of the spreader is convenient. It improves the efficiency of container loading and unloading operations.
