Zimo pointed to Sanzi and said:"Nothing is more precious than righteousness. Now it is said that people say:

Give the son a crown and cut off the son's hands and feet, and the son is known as the son'Not for. Why is it not as expensive as siblings? And said:

Give the son the world and kill the body of the son, the son cares'Not for. Why is the world not as expensive as the body? Fighting for a word to kill each other is a noble righteousness.

Therefore, it is said: everything is more precious than righteousness. '

Translation: Mozi said:"There is nothing more precious in the world than righteousness.

Now it is said:'(I) will give you hats and shoes, and cut off your hands and feet, will you do it?'[You] will not do it. What is the reason for this? Shoes and hats are not as valuable as your siblings!

And again:'Give you the world, kill you, are you willing to do it'You (also) must not do it, (this) what is the original Qing Tease Sui (reason) is that the world is not as valuable as your body. Fighting for a word, to killing one another, because righteousness is more precious than their bodies.

Therefore, there is nothing more important in the world than righteousness"

Mozi said: "Copying everything in the world is the most sufficient."

What is precious is righteousness. Right now.

Someone said, 'I can give you clothes and shoes, but I'm going to cut off your hands and feet for my use (or bind your hands and feet to do things for me), can you agree?' Surely no one agrees with that.

Why? Clothes and shoes are not as precious as siblings. Someone else said:

I can give you the whole world, but on the condition that you exchange your life for it, will you do it? You're definitely not going to do it. Why?

There is no life in the world that is precious. To attack each other for the sake of a dispute over a word is to value 'righteousness' more than oneself. So to speak:

There is nothing more precious in the world than righteousness. ”

Mozi went from Lu to Qi and met the old man, he said to Mozi, "When no one practices 'righteousness' today, and you yourself run all over the world and work hard to promote 'righteousness', you can't do it alone, so forget it." Mozi said, "If there is a man at home who has ten sons, and one son ploughs the field and the nine sons do not move, the man who plows the field cannot help but work harder."

Why? There are many people who eat, but few people who farm. If you don't practice righteousness today, you should exhort me, why should you stop me?
