    HP printer can't copy things solution:

    It is recommended to reset the settings of the printer, the reset will erase all the settings of the printer and restore the machine to its factory state. The reset method is as follows:

    In the printer panel, press OK to enter, left click to find Service, press OK to enter, and restore is displayed

    defaults, press OK.

    If the reset is invalid and the copy is still not possible, it may be caused by a hardware failure of the machine. It is recommended that you contact the repair center to have your printer's hardware tested.

    If the copy is normal, but it can't be scanned, take win7 as an example.

    If you have installed this full driver, there are 2 ways to test the scanning function after installation.

    Both of these scanning pathways can be tested.
