9 Under normal circumstances, the pump should be stopped when there is no load. When the pump is stopped for a long time, all the water holes should be opened, the cylinder head should be loosened, the bottom valve water discharge rod should be lifted, and all the sediment in the pump body and pipeline should be drained.
10。When it is out of service for a long time, the mud and grease in each part should be cleaned, the lubricating oil in the crankcase should be exhausted, and anti-rust and anti-corrosion measures should be taken.

6. Attention should be paid to check the wear and tear of the ball valve, valve seat or extrusion pipe, and if the slurry leakage is found, it should be stopped for inspection and repair or replacement before continuing to operate.
7. When the fault is stopped, the slurry relief valve should be opened to reduce the pressure, and then the fault should be eliminated. When the pressure of the mortar pump does not drop to zero, the air chamber, pressure safety valve and pipeline shall not be disassembled.
8. After the operation, the grouting pump should be comprehensively cleaned and the site should be cleaned, and the rubber ball of the overload safety valve should be dismantled and cleaned, and its installation position should be changed to maintain uniform wear.

8. During the operation, the pumping equipment and pipelines should be observed, and the hidden dangers should be dealt with in time. The pipes, clamps, sealing rings, etc. that are worn beyond the specified should be replaced in time.
