My personal understanding is that your fan lacks lubrication, and the reason why there is no sound after a while is that there is a small amount of temperature after a long time, so there is no sound. There are generally three fans in the case: CPU, graphics card and power supply, the first two are easier to get, and the power supply fan is more troublesome because it is necessary to disassemble the power supply. You can listen to which fan is making the sound before doing it, or simply deal with it all together, so as not to toss again and again in the future.
