3. Hot vulcanized joints.

3.Hot vulcanized joints, the conveyor belt interface of hot vulcanized joints is completely closed, and it is not easy to be soaked by water. The process of belt vulcanization joint is generally to put the lower frame of the vulcanizer on the belt frame, align the two ends, and then put the hydraulic plate, the small heat insulation board, and the lower heat insulation plate in turn, and install a platform of 1-2 meters on both sides of the two vulcanizers and fix it, the upper surface of the platform should be flush with the upper surface of the lower heating plate or slightly lower, and at the same time, it can not affect the tension of the tie rod, and the two joints of the belt are placed on the platform to start vulcanization.
