Article 16 The State shall implement classified management of the environmental impact assessment of construction projects according to the degree of impact on the environment。

Small and micro enterprises that do not produce pollutants or produce pollutants do not need to go through the environmental impact assessment, or they can register with the local environmental protection bureau **.
