The fist style must be guided by a famous teacher in person, otherwise you will not be able to understand the mystery. Taijiquan is the supreme martial arts, so it is impossible to learn through video texts, even if there is a famous teacher's guidance, it is difficult to enter the hall and achieve something.

It's best to learn this from your own master... Tai Chi is not such a hearsay thing.
Words and deeds must be taught.

The inverted humerus is the sixth form of the 24 forms of Taijiquan, and the 20th style of the old frame of Chen's Taijiquan. It is one of the basic forms of Taijiquan.
1. Turn the upper body to the right, turn the palm of the right hand (palm up) through the front of the abdomen from bottom to back and up in an arc, bend the arm slightly, and then turn the palm of the left hand upward; The eye turns to the right, first to the right, then to the front, to the left.
2. The right arm is bent and elbowed forward, the right hand is pushed forward from the ear side, the palm is forward, the left arm is bent and the elbow is withdrawn, and the palm is upward, and the left rib is withdrawn; At the same time, the left leg is gently lifted back (left) and takes a step back, the sole of the foot touches the ground first, and then the whole foot is slowly steady, the center of gravity of the body is moved to the left leg, forming a right virtual step, and the right foot is twisted with the sole of the foot as the axis; Look at the right hand.
3. Turn the upper body slightly to the left, and at the same time, the left hand is raised with the rotation body backwards and upwards, and the right hand is turned upward, and the palm is upward; The eye turns to the left and then to the right.
The main point is closed. Do not stretch out the hand that pushes forward, and do not pull back the hand straight, and still walk in an arc with the turn. When pushing forward, turn your waist and loosen your hips, and the speed of both hands should be consistent to avoid stiffness.
When stepping back, the soles of the feet hit the ground first, and then slowly all the feet are firmly grounded, and at the same time, the front feet are twisted with the soles of the feet as the axis of the rotation. When the left foot is slightly oblique to the left, the right foot is slightly tilted to the right and the back is slanted, so as to avoid making the two feet fall on a straight line. When retreating, look left and right with the rotation of the body, and then turn to the front hand.
When you step back with your right foot at the end, the angle of your toe is slightly larger, so that you can take the left tail movement.
Manual action.
Broadcast. The "inverted humerus" style is the "knee hugging and stepping" style of retreat, and its main technique is to retreat as advance, while defending and attacking. If the opponent is pressing forward step by step, and the left and right hands take turns to attack, I will slap the opponent's attacking foot or hand while retreating, and hit the opponent's face or chest with the other palm at the same time, or use the left hand to step back and open the opponent's right fist, and take a step back and the right hand to open the opponent's left fist, and at the same time use the other hand (fist) to fight back the opponent's chest.
