4) When there is a large height difference between the dust collector and the dust discharge point, the dust discharge valve should be arranged near the dust discharge point to reduce the dust drop and reduce the secondary dust.
5) The ash conveying device should be able to discharge the dust smoothly and ensure that there is no air leakage, so as not to reduce the dust removal efficiency of the bag filter due to air leakage.
6) Plug valves and hand holes should be set in front of the ash discharge valve of the ash hopper and ash storage bin of the large dust collector. Scraper conveyors and bucket elevators should be equipped with broken chain protection and alarm devices. Dust unloading devices that work on the principle of levers, such as flashing dust unloading valves, flipping dust unloading valves, etc., should be installed vertically, and attention should be paid to timely adjustment.
7) The amount of dust discharged by the ash discharge device should be less than the capacity of the transportation equipment. When the dry dust discharged by the humidification dust collector of stirring or mixing equipment is used, the dust discharge device that can evenly and quantitatively feed should be selected, such as the rotary discharger dust discharge valve, the screw dust discharge valve, etc.
