If you want to get the cotton wick in the candle into the candle, there are three steps. First of all, we need to prepare the mold in advance, and we need to place the candle wick in the center of the candle mold. The mold can be used with a small jar of suitable height, a glass bottle or any container that can be heated.
Safety measures need to be taken by placing them on a flat surface after separating the baking sheets. The pen is placed horizontally on the mold, that is, the wick is placed in the middle of the candle mold, and the wick is about five centimeters long on the outside of the candle. To properly fix the wick, wrap the wick that is scheduled to be outside the candle around the center of a pen in a circle, and it is best to use double-sided tape to glue the wick to the bottom of the jar, so that it can be more stable.
The next step is to pour the melted wax into the mold. When pouring in, you should move gently and slowly, and be careful not to spill out, so that the wick will not deviate from the center point placed in advance, and will not accidentally get out of the mold.
Because the burning of the candle we see is not only the burning of the paraffin solid, but when the ignition device ignites the cotton core, the heat released will melt the paraffin solid in the candle, vaporize first, and then generate paraffin vapor. This is why the candle must not only have a wick to be lit, but also need to be placed without deviating from the center point. If the wick of the candle is off-center, after lighting the top of the candle, half of the flame will burn quickly, the other half will burn slowly, and the paraffin wax on the top will melt and cover the paraffin below, thus insulating the air and making it difficult for the paraffin below to burn.
Therefore, the cotton wick that is not neutral enough is in the candle, and it will extinguish itself not long after lighting the fire.
The third step is to stand and wait for the poured wax to solidify and complete the inverted demoulding, so that the cotton wick in the candle is successfully placed. Since the flame that burns at the beginning of the candle is smaller and gradually larger, the flame of the three layers needs to be slowly ignited from the inner flame with the lowest temperature, and the flame will become brighter when the outer flame is in full contact with the air.

Candles can be made by homemade, prepare candle molds, glass bottles, jars, etc., put the candle core in the middle of the candle mold, ensure that there is a 5 cm long cotton core on the outside of the mold, and use double-sided tape to stick one end of the cotton core to the bottom of the mold. Put the other end around a pen or pencil above the mold across the mold mouth, the two ends are fixed in this way, and the melted wax is slowly poured into the mold, and the cotton core of the candle can be put in this way.
-
The cotton wick in the candle is not stuffed in, the candle melts into a liquid and then puts it into a mold to shape, so the cotton wick is put in before molding.

There is a special mold, as long as the paraffin solution is watered, the line is a long strip, the position is also controlled, as long as it is watered, and then wait for cooling, hang up the excess paraffin. You can also search for related productions, which is more intuitive, and you can also understand the entire production process, which is not complicated.

The candle is candle oil at the beginning, pour the candle oil into a special mold and wait for it to dry to be the candle, of course, the cotton core has long been placed in the mold.

The wick is made as follows:
Materials: salt, borax, hemp rope, wax.
1. Heat the water. Heat 1 cup (250 ml) of water in a small saucepan or teapot and let the water boil slowly, but don't boil for too long.
2. Dissolve salt and borax. Pour hot water into a glass bowl. Add 1 tsp (15 ml) of salt and 3 tsp (45 ml) of borax.
Stir to dissolve. A borax solution will be used to treat the core material. Treating the wick with borax can make the candle burn brighter and longer.
3. Soak the hemp rope in the solution. Take a heavy cotton butcher's twine, soak it in the borax solution and let the string soak for 24 hours, making sure that the length of the rope used is greater than the height of the container you plan to use for candles.
4. Dry the hemp rope. Remove the string from the borax solution with forceps. Hang the string on the stool ruler and let it dry for two or three days.
The hemp rope must be completely dry before proceeding. Hang the treated hemp rope in a warm, dry place with a clothespin or similar clip. Place the aluminum foil underneath the dry rope to prevent excess solution from dripping.
5. Melt the wax. Separate 1 4 to 1 2 cups (60 ml to 125 ml) of wax sleepy candles. Wax is melted using a double boiler unit.
Heat 1 to 2 inches (to 5 cm) of water in a saucepan above the stove and let it simmer without boiling. Place the metal canister in hot water. Wait another minute for the jar to heat up, then add the wax.
6. Impregnated hemp rope. Carefully dip the dried borax-treated string into the melted wax. As much winding as possible. Technically, borax-treated hemp rope can be used, without the need to add a wax date potato coating.
7. Dry the hemp rope. Hang the twine as before and let it dry long enough to allow the wax to harden. This should only take a few minutes. As before, place a sheet of aluminum foil underneath the hanging rope line in case excess wax drips down.
8. Repeat the dried hemp rope once or twice to form a thick wax coating. Ideally, the hemp rope should feel stiff while maintaining some flexibility. If you don't have enough wax to dip the rope in again, you can place the rope on a sheet of aluminum foil and carefully pour the remaining wax over it.
Allow the wick to dry on the foil instead of hanging it up again.
9. Use the wick as needed. Once the fully encased hemp rope has dried, it is complete and ready to insert the candle.

When lighting a candle, the wick of the candle is lit first, and when the temperature of the flame is about 60, the solid wax melts into a liquid. Underneath the candle flame, liquid wax is stored. The liquid wax climbs up along the wick of the candle and is heated by the fire to turn into gas.
The function of the wick is to absorb the liquid wax oil. When the candle is first produced, there is already solid wax oil on the wick, and when the candle is lit with a match, the solid wax oil is heated, first melted and then vaporized, and then the wax oil vapor is ignited by the fire, so that the candle is ignited. When the candle burns, it emits heat that melts the solid wax oil underneath.
It is sucked up by the wick and continues to be heated by the fire above to melt, vaporize, and ignite, thus forming a cycle.
Note: Only gaseous waxes can be ignited, neither solid waxes nor liquid wax oils can be ignited.
Mattresses, quilt cores, sofa cushions, etc., which have been urinated by cats, can be sprayed with a special deodorizing disinfectant before cleaning, and after a period of reaction, there is generally no big problem with normal soaking and cleaning, but for some larger items, it is recommended to take them to a special cleaning shop for cleaning. Cats need to observe the amount of urine they urinate indiscriminately, and the amount is small many times and bloody, so it is recommended to see a doctor in time. No matter what kind of quilt core, it can be washed! >>>More
