4. Registration of boilers. After the acceptance of the boiler, the user must fill in the "Boiler (Census) Registration Form" in accordance with the provisions of the "Rules for the Registration and Use of Special Equipment", register with the Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau, and apply for the "Registration Certificate for the Safe Use of Special Equipment".

The atmospheric boiler is directly connected to the tap water or heating system in a closed circulation. That is, the exhaust pipe that communicates with the atmosphere on the boiler body is used as a return pipe, so that the boiler body is always in a state of full water and pressure. There are two hazards to this closed cycle:

The first is that when the temperature of the furnace water is too high, the steam produced cannot be discharged, so the pressure will continue to rise, and leakage accidents may occur at any time. The second is that even if the temperature of the furnace water is not high, it will not produce a large amount of steam, but due to the role of the circulating pump, the boiler body is subjected to a high pressure of hot water circulation.

The atmospheric hot water boiler is installed on the first floor or basement, and the hot water storage tank is installed on the roof of the building, which also uses the exhaust pipe that communicates with the atmosphere on the boiler body as a return pipe. Although the boiler body is not subjected to the pressure exerted by the ring pump, the boiler is subjected to the hot water static pressure provided by the high water storage tank at all times, and the higher the floor, the higher the hot water static pressure.

The diameter of the exhaust pipe installed on the body of the atmospheric hot water boiler is too small, and the diameter of some exhaust pipes is only 20mm, which cannot quickly discharge the steam generated in the furnace, so that the boiler body bears a certain pressure and there is a certain danger. During the inspection, it was found that the rated power of an atmospheric hot water boiler was 300,000 kcal, and the exhaust pipe on the body was 20mm, and the steam pressure generated in the furnace could reach due to insufficient discharge capacity. The higher the rated thermal power of the boiler, the greater the pressure of steam generated in the furnace and the greater the danger.

The atmospheric hot water boiler is changed to a steam boiler, that is, the exhaust pipe that communicates with the atmosphere on the boiler body is directly installed on the device that uses steam, and a control valve is installed on the exhaust pipe; There are also those who take boiling water or hot water directly from the boiler after installing the control valve on the exhaust pipe, which is extremely unsafe. If the control valve is turned off during operation, the atmospheric hot water boiler is very prone to occurrence in the case of rising pressure, and the consequences are unimaginable.

Regular professional testing and in line with national requirements, according to the requirements of the standard operation, the employment of experienced and certified personnel. Establish rules and regulations and strictly follow them.

5. The boiler room is a special operation place, and irrelevant personnel are not allowed to enter, let alone touch the buttons of the power distribution cabinet and other operating tables.
