According to the information, it can be understood that according to the current national policy, having three children is subject to a fine, because the current national family planning policy only stipulates that eligible people can have a second child, but does not explain that the third child is open, and for couples who do not meet the requirements to have a third or three or more children, or citizens who have a third or more children out of wedlock, each additional child will be levied according to 3 to 10 times the annual per capita disposable income of urban residents or rural residents announced by the municipal statistical department. The specific standards for the collection of social maintenance fees shall be prescribed by provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government. The specific penalty standards are as follows:
1. If the child meets the conditions for having another child but does not obtain a birth certificate, the social maintenance fee shall be levied at 30% of the total income of the husband and wife in the previous year.
2. If the conditions for having one more child are not met, that is, illegal childbirth, it shall be levied at twice the total income of both husband and wife in the previous year, and for each additional child, the levy shall be increased in turn, and the penalty shall be exceeded.
3. If the conditions for giving birth to another child are met, but if the interval between the first child and the third child is not reached in the childbearing time (the time interval between the first child and the third child is less than 4 years) or the reproduction age (the woman's age is less than 28 years old), the fee will be levied according to 40% of the total income of the husband and wife in the previous year for each year in advance, and the fee will be calculated as one year if it is less than one year.
For fines other than family planning, social maintenance fees shall be levied by the county-level people's ** family planning administrative department or the township (town) people** and sub-district offices entrusted by it. Where a party has already been levied social maintenance fees in one place, social maintenance fees are not levied again in another place for the same facts.
Based on the above, for families that do not meet the requirements of childbirth and childbirth, they must be fined, which is punished according to the local living standards, therefore, the specific situation can be asked by the relevant local departments to see what the exact policy is, if not, then only the fine can be on the household registration.
-
If the second child is twins, it should not be fined to have three, but if there will be two children in front of you and you want a third child, it is not necessarily, and now it is indeed in the corresponding two-child policy, but the third child, it seems that it is not allowed.
-
If necessary, the second child was encouraged, but family planning was not canceled. If you don't cancel, you should be punished.
-
It is not legal, at present, only the second child is opened, and the third child is still a superchild, and the child will be fined when he applies for an account.
-
Now it is not illegal to have three children in many areas, and the state has been relaxing the policy, but there will be differences between regions, and the probability of fines is still there.
-
Whether the third child is illegal, breaking the law is not as simple as a fine, I gave birth to a second child when I was 33 years old, fined and expelled, said that I am bold, dare to oppose the national policy, now I can have a second child, and I am not allowed to do it again, now I am shouting to have a second child, is it not the other way around if I don't have a second child, is it the same as me, how to explain, I am a hard-working woman, and good policies will be frustrated.
-
If it is a normal family with 2 children, and another child is 3 children, is it not legal, and you need to be fined. In the final analysis, it is still impossible to have three children.
-
It's still not legal, and now the demolition office in my family says that the fine for the third child will not be paid, and the demolition money will not be paid. We fined this year 10,000.
-
Now it is not legal to have three children, and you need to pay a fine. Although China has now relaxed the policy on childbirth, it is still not recommended to have three children.
