How the MPACC contest studies companies

MPACC Competition Format:

The competition is divided into four stages: the first stage of the preliminary round, the second stage of the preliminary round, the semi-final round and the final round.

1.Preliminary Round: Stage 1.

The participating teams will conduct analysis, research, and propose solutions based on officially announced virtual cases.

Judging form: The first stage of the preliminary round will be conducted online in a cross-regional manner. According to the number of teams in each competition area that enter the scoring link of the judges in the competition area (that is, the sum of the number of less than 8 teams pre-selected by all participating units in each competition area), a total of 100 teams across the country will be promoted.

Undergraduate teams will only participate in the first stage of the preliminary round, and the top 10 teams in the country will be determined according to the scores of each team.

1) Expert review: The participating units provide expert judges, and each competition area conducts mutual evaluation, that is, the training unit of the competition area organizes the judges to score all teams in another competition area through the network platform. The online evaluation score adopts the method of "removing one point, removing the lowest score, and taking the average score".

2) Social Evaluation: In order to improve the social influence of the case competition, a "like" link will be set up in the first stage of the preliminary competition. The "Like" function is open to the public, and the "Popularity Award" in the preliminary stage will be selected according to the number of "likes" received by each team in the first stage of the preliminary round.

The MPACC team and the undergraduate team each generate a "Popularity Award" team based on the number of likes.

Phase II.

According to the research direction and requirements announced by the official, the participating teams carry out field research, collect and sort out materials, write cases and propose solutions.

Judging form: The second stage of the preliminary round will be conducted in groups. The network review adopts the form of expert review, and the 100 teams that enter the second stage of the preliminary round will be divided into two groups according to certain rules, and the judges of the training unit where each group of teams are located will score all the teams in the other group, and the network review score adopts the method of "removing one point and removing the lowest score and taking the average score".

According to the number of teams in each group entering the second stage of the preliminary round, a total of 10 teams in the two groups will enter the semi-finals (no more than 3 teams from each participating unit will enter the semi-finals).
