1. Preparation
Before doing eye exercises, you should first sit quietly and look far away so that your eyes can be fully adjusted and rested, and then close your eyes and massage the acupuncture points. In addition, since the acupuncture points of the eyes are mainly distributed near the eye sockets, it should also be noted that the technique should be gentle, from light to heavy, and the speed should be uniform, and it is better to have a feeling of soreness in the local area.
2. Respond to the acupoints according to the day
Location: Located three minutes below the bamboo acupoint, the inner edge of the eyebrow is sunken (when the eyebrow is sunken, the supraorbital notch) is located.

1. Distant gaze:
Find a grass or green tree 10 meters away: due to its short wavelength, green imaging is in front of the retina, which promotes the relaxation of eye accommodation, relaxes the ciliary muscles, and reduces eye fatigue. Don't squint or blink all the time, distract from distractions, concentrate and gaze intently for 25 seconds to identify the outline of a blade of grass or a leaf.
Then place the palm of your left hand slightly above the front of your eye 30 cm and look at the palm prints from beginning to end for about 5 seconds. After looking at the palm prints, gaze at the grass or leaves in the distance for 25 seconds, and then look at the palm prints. Repeat 20 times in 10 minutes, three times a day, and increase the number of training times if your vision declines severely.
2. Crystal manipulation.
Blink of an eye: Put your hands on your cheeks and turn your eyes 10 times in the order of up, down, left and right, then 10 times counterclockwise and 10 times clockwise.

3. Massage exercises.
In either a seated or supine position, the eyes are naturally closed, and the acupressure points around the eyes are massaged sequentially. It is required to take the acupoints accurately, the technique is gentle, and the local soreness is the degree.
1 Rub the Tianying acupoint: Gently rub the Tianying acupoint with the thumbs of both hands (below the eyebrows, at the upper corner of the outer orbit).
2 Squeeze the eye acupoint: Use the thumb of one hand to gently rub the eye point (the base of the nose is close to the inner canthus of both eyes) and press down first, then squeeze it upwards.
4. Press the temples and wheels to scrape the eye sockets: press the temples with your thumb (the middle of the eyebrows and the outer corner of the eye is a horizontal finger backwards), and then use the curved index finger to gently scrape the inner side of the second section of the eye socket, from the inner upper > outer upper to > outer lower > inner and lower points, so that the acupuncture points around the eye sockets such as the bamboo fish waist, the silk bamboo space, the pupils, the ball queen, and the weeping are massaged. It is beneficial for pseudomyopia, or to prevent the deepening of myopia.
