4. Fault phenomenon: the chain of the sprocket on the bucket elevator falls off.

Causes of failure: (1) The spindle of the winding shaft is not level; (2) The joint plate chain and the upper sprocket are seriously worn, so that the pitch between the two is different.

Troubleshooting method: (1) Adjust the main bearings on both sides of the nose to make the spindle of the upper winding wheel horizontal; (2) Replace worn chains and sprockets.

5. Fault phenomenon: the chain drops (slips) under the sprocket under the bucket elevator.
