Header and footer settings.
1.Home page and table of contents.
Since the homepage and table of contents don't want headers and footers, then we don't need to do anything.
2.Footer settings.
First, position the mouse over a page in the body part, and click the menu command "View Header and Footer" to display the "Header and Footer" toolbar. At this point, the section's header is in the Available state. Switch to the footer and first click the Link to Previous Section button on the toolbar to disconnect it from the previous section (the words "Same as the previous section" on the right above the footer disappears).
Click the menu command "Insert Page Number" to open the "Page Number" dialog box, confirm that the "Home Page Display Page Number" option is selected, and then click the Format button below to open the "Page Number Format" dialog box as shown in Figure 2. Select the "Start Page Number" option below and enter "1" in the input box on the right, and then exit. Of course, you can also set the format and alignment of page numbers.
The appendices can be numbered from the first page as well, in the same way.
3.Header settings.
Position the mouse over the body part and click the menu command "File Page Setup" to open the "Page Setup" dialog box. Click on the "Layout" tab, click on the "Odd and even page different" option in it, and confirm that the range of "Apply to" is "This section", as shown in Figure 3.
Double-click the header of the body part to enter the state, as shown in Figure 4. Still click the Link to Previous button in the toolbar first to disconnect it from the previous section, and then the header text of this page.
Since we ask that the headers of the odd and even pages are not the same, we also get another header on the next page. It's important to note that don't forget to click the button to make sure that the changes you make only work in this section.
The header settings in the appendix section are the same as in the body section. When operating, you should pay attention to clicking "Link to previous section" first to disconnect it from the previous section. At the same time, the content of the odd and even pages in the appendix should be set to the same content as required.

1) When you need to set odd and even pages: Select Technical pages and even pages in the layout settings of Page Setup.
2) After clicking Activate on the Odd Pages page, the bridge sets its odd header text and footer in the header footer settings.
3) Same as above, set the even-numbered page text.
4) If you need to set a different header for each page of an even-numbered page, you can start from the second page of the even-numbered page, activate this page, select Insert-Separator-Continuous, then double-click to activate the header, click the "Same as before" button on the toolbar of the header, and then you can enter the header you need after the front is removed, and you can close it.
5) Repeat on the page you want4) You can set the header you want.
In other words, select Insert-Separator-Continuous from the page you want to start, then double-click to activate the header, click the "Same as before" button on the toolbar of the header, and then you can enter the header you want, and then you can close it.
I've just experimented with it, and it's all set up for tossing, and there are too many steps to set it up like this:
1. Menu bar - File - page settings - layout - header and footer: odd and even pages are different (tick).
2. Menu Bar - View - Header and Footer - ("Header and Footer" toolbar appears) - Enter content in the header of the odd-numbered page (first page), and the section below.
Pages 3, 5, 7 and so on are the same by default.
3. Enter what you want in the second page header, and close the "Header and Footer" toolbar.
4. Place the cursor at the top of the fourth page: Menu Bar - Insert - Separator - Section Break Type - Continuous.
5. Open the "Header and Footer" toolbar - the cursor is placed in the header of the fourth page of Yinzao, and click "Link to the previous one" (the button is "two parallel pages"): the "same as the previous section" in the upper right corner of the page disappears.
6. Enter headers with different content in the header, and close the "Header and Footer" toolbar.
7. If the even-numbered pages below have different headers, repeat the operation according to the above method.
