Second, under the influence of Confucianism, Zhaojun's service to Shan Yu and his son did not conform to the Han Dynasty's concept of marriage and was sad. But in the Xiongnu, this was a custom, in line with local ethics, and there was no criticism.
Three: Since ancient times, the area where the Xiongnu live is yellow sand, glaciers, snow-capped mountains, the natural environment is harsh, if the soil is fertile, the Xiongnu will not frequently invade the Central Plains. This can be seen from Tang poems and historical materials.
And the beautiful scenery said in the book is the result of years of development and governance by us and the people. So this argument is open to debate.
Fourth, the sinicization of the Xiongnu mentioned in the book can be understood, but the great significance of Zhaojun's exit from the fortress will not be repeated here.
