Canvas bags generally use the screen printing process, which is often called "silk screen printing", which is a more commonly used printing process, and it is also a printing process that our factory often recommends for customers. However, with the continuous improvement of many customers' requirements for product printing and environmental protection, we are constantly adjusting the printing process in our printing workshop to meet the higher requirements of more customers for the printing process.
The following is a detailed description of several printing processes on canvas bags that we can provide to our customers, and we hope that these contents will be helpful to our customers.
1. Watermark. It is named because it uses water-based elastic glue paste as the printing medium, which is more common in textile printing, also called printing. When printing, the color paste and water-based elastic glue are mixed.
The plate is processed without chemical solvents and can be rinsed directly with water. It is characterized by good tinting strength, strong coverage and fastness, washability, and basically no odor.
This kind of printing process is generally charged according to the number of colors and the size of the printing area, but basically because of its low production cost, it will not be too high.
2. Gravure printing.
The finished product processed by this method is usually called laminated canvas bag. This process is divided into two steps, that is, the traditional gravure printing process is used to print ** onto the film, and then the film with the pattern is laminated on the canvas by the lamination process. Generally, canvas bags with large-area color pattern printing are all used in this process.
It is characterized by exquisite printing, the whole process is produced by machines, and the production cycle is short (but the plate-making time is longer). In addition, the product has excellent waterproof performance, and the durability of the finished product is also better than that of canvas bags produced by other processes. The film is available in glossy and matte finishes, and the matte has a matte finish!
We generally charge according to the number of printing colors, and the production cost is higher than that of watermarks, and at the same time, the plate-making cost of this printing process is also relatively high, so we do not recommend using it for some orders with a relatively small number.
3. Thermal transfer.
Thermal transfer printing belongs to special printing in printing! This method requires an intermediate medium, that is, the ** is first printed onto the thermal transfer film or thermal transfer paper, and then the pattern is transferred to the canvas by heating the transfer equipment. The medium commonly used in textile printing is thermal transfer film.
Its advantages are: exquisite printing, rich hierarchical editions, comparable to **. It is suitable for small-area color image printing.
This kind of printing process is charged according to the printing area, that is to say, the large printing area is higher than the small printing area. Therefore, for large area printing patterns, we do not recommend using this printing process.

Spunlace nonwovens.
The spunlace process is to spray a high-pressure stream of fine water onto one or more layers of fiber web, so that the fibers are entangled with each other, so that the fiber web can be strengthened and has a certain strength.
2. Heat-sealing non-woven fabric.
Thermally bonded non-woven fabric refers to the addition of fibrous or powdery hot-melt adhesive reinforcement materials to the web, and then the web is heated and melted and cooled to reinforce the fabric.
3. Airlaid non-woven fabric.
Airlaid non-woven fabrics can also be called dust-free paper and dry-laid paper-making non-woven fabrics. It is the use of airflow webbing technology to open the wood pulp fiberboard into a single fiber state, and then use the airflow method to make the fibers agglutinate on the net curtain, and then the fiber web is reinforced into a cloth.
4. Wet-laid non-woven fabrics.
Wet non-woven fabric is to open the fiber raw materials placed in the water medium into single fibers, and at the same time mix different fiber raw materials to make fiber suspension slurry, the suspension slurry is transported to the web forming mechanism, and the fiber is webbed and then reinforced into cloth in the wet state.
5. Spunbond non-woven fabric.
Spunbond non-woven fabric is after the polymer has been extruded and stretched to form a continuous filament, the filament is laid into a web, and the web is then turned into a non-woven fabric by self-bonding, thermal bonding, chemical bonding or mechanical reinforcement methods.
6. Meltblown non-woven fabric.
The process of meltblown non-woven fabrics: polymer feeding--- melt extrusion--- fibers are formed--- fibers are cooled--- webbed--- reinforced into cloth.
7. Needle-punched non-woven fabric.
Needle-punched non-woven fabric is a kind of dry-laid non-woven fabric, which uses the puncture effect of the needle to strengthen the fluffy fiber web into cloth.
8. Sewing non-woven fabrics.
Sewing non-woven fabric is a kind of dry non-woven fabric, sewing method is the use of warp knitting coil structure to reinforce the fiber web, yarn layer, non-textile materials (such as plastic sheets, plastic thin metal foils, etc.) or their combinations to make non-woven fabrics.
Classification of uses. According to the different uses of the product, it can be divided into:
1. Non-woven bag series: non-woven environmental protection bags, non-woven handbags, non-woven shopping bags, etc.
2. Non-woven bag series: non-woven document bags, environmentally friendly shopping bags, packaging bags, non-woven handbags.
3. Non-woven products series: non-woven storage box, non-woven storage box, non-woven suit cover - non-woven suit cover.
4. Jewelry bag series: gift bags, rope bags, jewelry bags, flannel bags, perfume bags, pencil bags, jewelry bags, etc.
5. Apron series: advertising apron, polyester silk apron, cotton apron, PVC apron, hanging net apron.

Canvas is generally divided into pure cotton and polyester cotton, the cost of pure cotton is slightly higher, people who generally understand, customers who value quality will choose this material, and then cooperate with good workmanship, with printing, the style is a perfect handicraft. Of course, not to mention enhancing the brand image.
Most customers generally do polyester cotton, most of what you see on the market are polyester cotton, some customers don't know much about it just for cheap, people will give you polyester cotton materials to do, and cheaper is that this material has sand spots, you can't see it if you don't look carefully, you get what you pay for.
**They are all taken by their own mobile phones, and no one else shoots professionally to look good, but the quality is leveraged.
-
According to the material, canvas bags can be divided into three types: polyester cotton, pure cotton, and pure polyester;
According to the style, there are many points:
I'll go straight to the picture:
Canvas bag style.
According to the style, it can be roughly divided into the above types:
-
The types of canvas bags depend on which aspect is divided. If it is divided according to the thickness of the thickness, it can be divided into 8 amperes to 20 amps, of course, there are other thicknesses; If it is divided according to the style, it can be divided into those with independent bottoms and no bottoms, with side walls and no side walls.

1. Gravure printing: The finished product processed by this method is usually called laminated non-woven bag. This process is divided into two steps, that is, the traditional gravure printing process is used to print ** on the film, and then the film with the pattern is laminated on the non-woven fabric by the laminating process.
Generally, non-woven bags printed with large-area color patterns are printed with this process. It is characterized by exquisite printing, the whole process is produced by machine, and the production cycle is short. In addition, the product has excellent waterproof performance, and the durability of the finished product is also better than that of non-woven bags produced by other processes.
The film is available in glossy and matte finishes, and the matte has a matte finish! The product is fashionable and generous, durable, full of color and luster, realistic pattern, and the disadvantage is that it is more expensive. peritoneal non-woven bag;
2. Thermal transfer printing belongs to special printing in printing: this method requires an intermediate medium, that is, first printing the first to the thermal transfer film or thermal transfer paper, and then transferring the pattern to the non-woven fabric by heating the transfer equipment. The medium commonly used in textile printing is thermal transfer film.
Its advantages are: exquisite printing, rich hierarchical editions, comparable to **. It is suitable for small-area color image printing.
The disadvantage is that the printing pattern is easy to fall off after a long time, and it is expensive;
3. In response to China's implementation of restrictions on the use of plastic bags in June 2008 and is conducive to the development of national environmental protection, health and the huge market demand of non-woven fabrics, Jinli has carefully developed the new automatic non-woven bag making equipment, with advanced design concepts, greatly reducing production costs, making each bag production cost less than a few cents, fast production speed, high efficiency, and can process a variety of different specifications, different shapes of environmentally friendly non-woven bags. The eco-friendly non-woven bags made have the best quality, which is both environmentally friendly and hygienic. It will be the best choice for non-woven bag making enterprises and people who are interested in non-woven bag production.

One: offset printing, offset printing is also the most common non-woven printing, the biggest point is that the printing speed is fast, multi-color overprinting, the disadvantage is that the ink of offset printing is relatively thin compared to the screen printing method, so the color effect of printing is not as good as silk screen printing.
Two: copperplate printing, copperplate printing I haven't seen, but I've heard of it, I heard that the effect of printing is better than silk screen printing.
Three: heat transfer, heat transfer is relatively small, the biggest advantage is that the printing is very exquisite, the disadvantage is that the cost is too high. The printing of non-woven bags is nothing more than a few kinds, and there is a kind of lamination, the laminating process is not printed on the non-woven fabric, but printed on the film, and then bonded together by the composite non-woven fabric, the printing is exquisite, but the disadvantage is that it can not pass 100% foreign environmental monitoring.
