The diagnosis of early gastric tumors cannot be made from clinical symptoms alone, and gastroscopy combined with pathological biopsy of gastric mucosa is the most reliable diagnostic method at present.

Early gastric tumors under gastroscopy can be manifested as small polyp-like bulges or depressions, with a wide base, rough and uneven lesion surface or erosion, and easy bleeding to the touch.

The general symptoms of early gastric tumors are not too obvious, so there are cases of misdiagnosis, but as long as gastroscopy and pathological sections are done, they will not be misdiagnosed.

The most common gastric tumor is gastric cancer, and there are some other benign and malignant diseases, such as gastric stromal tumor, lymphoma, etc., the above gastric tumors have no specific clinical manifestations in the early stage, basically similar to the clinical manifestations of gastritis and gastric ulcer, and the main clinical symptoms are abdominal pain, abdominal discomfort, fullness, etc., so it is difficult to detect early. However, patients must be vigilant when they have the following symptoms:

The symptoms of stomach cancer are classified as early, intermediate, and advanced as follows:

2.
