How teachers can teach left behind children to feel scared

A little personal opinion:

3.Communicate more with parents (here parents), after all, the communication between parents and children is irreplaceable by others, and only by communicating more with parents so that they can give meaningful encouragement and communication to their children is the best way;

4.Many visits, because the parents are out, the family is mostly supervised by grandparents, and it is necessary to communicate with them more to solve some practical problems.

5.Educate students to learn self-discipline and self-improvement, and learn to understand.

How can teachers do a good job in the work of "left-behind children" and do their part well, so that left-behind children can learn well in school, be retained, behave correctly and be self-reliant. According to my years of teaching practice, as well as the daily teaching work, I always talk about some personal views and practices: Caring for students is a necessary professional ethics for teachers, especially for those children who lack the love of their parents, which is the top priority!

The famous educator Sukhomlinsky once said: "The whole secret of the art of education lies in how to love children." "A teacher who does not have true love for his students cannot talk about real education, teachers should not only teach, but more importantly, pour motherly love into students, and teach the true meaning of "learning to be a real person".

Rural teachers are faced with the left-behind students in the class every day, this part of the special population in terms of conduct, consciousness, and many aspects than other students more or less residual psychological defects, if teachers do not understand the dynamics of the learning, life and thinking of these disadvantaged children, do not pay attention to and help their physical and mental development, will have a greater impact on the future follow-up education and the healthy growth of this part of the children. "Contemporary Western philosophy believes that teacher-student communication and dialogue is a profound philosophical category; In the eyes of philosophers, communication and dialogue is the process of mutual communication and understanding between teachers and students, and it is also the basic way for teachers and students to coexist peacefully.

As a result, I changed my attitude towards students, interacted with teachers and students in the classroom, and actively communicated with teachers and students about the problems encountered in teaching. Pay attention to each student's speech, especially to deal with the emotions of students who answer questions incorrectly, teachers should affirm students' bold answers, and help solve doubts in a timely manner. Treat students as friends and children outside of class.

Communicate and talk to students more often, and listen to what students think, do, and love. In order to make the students willing to speak their minds to the teacher, know that if the student is very afraid of the teacher, then the teacher is not a good teacher or an incompetent teacher.

The relationship between teachers and students should be intimate, harmonious, equal learners, and knowledgeable. Be a friend who talks about everything. Whenever I see that students have made progress and their hard work is not in vain, I am happy.

It is easy for teachers to teach, but it is not easy to teach and educate people well, and it is even more difficult to manage students well. We must devote all our energy to education and teaching, water students with knowledge, nourish students with love, and inspire students with our own conduct. Be a people's teacher worthy of the society.
