4) There are no less than 30 skilled workers above the intermediate level such as carpenters, masonry workers, inlay workers, painters, masonry workers, plumbers and electricians who have passed the assessment or training.

3. Enterprise engineering performance.

In the past 5 years, he has undertaken 2 decoration projects with a single contract amount of more than 15 million yuan, and the quality of the projects is qualified.

Level 2 Qualification Standards:

1. Enterprise assets.

Net assets of more than 2 million yuan.

2. The main personnel of the enterprise.

1) There shall be no less than 3 registered constructors majoring in architectural engineering.

2) The technical person in charge has more than 8 years of experience in engineering construction technology management, and has the intermediate title or above in the engineering sequence or the professional qualification of registered constructor (or registered architect or registered structural engineer) in construction engineering; There are no less than 5 people with intermediate or above professional titles in architectural art design, structure, HVAC, water supply and drainage, electrical and other majors.

3) There are no less than 10 construction site management personnel with post certificates, and the construction personnel, quality personnel, safety officers, material personnel, cost personnel, labor personnel, data personnel and other personnel are complete.

4) There are no less than 15 professional and technical workers such as carpenters, masonry workers, inlay workers, painters, masonry workers, plumbers and electricians who have passed the assessment or training.

4) The technical person in charge (or registered constructor) has presided over the completion of no less than 2 projects in this category.

Scope of Contracted Works:

First-class enterprises: can undertake all kinds of building decoration projects, as well as other projects directly supporting the decoration projects.

Second-level enterprises: can undertake the construction of building decoration projects with a single contract amount of less than 20 million yuan, as well as the construction of other projects directly supporting the decoration projects.
