The principle of window air conditioning and split air conditioning is the same, and it goes through four processes: compression, condensation, throttling, and evaporation, so that the refrigerant can complete the conversion between gaseous and liquid states in the system. The only difference is that the window air conditioner is a whole and does not separate the indoor and outdoor, but when used, it is still half inside and the other half outside.
-
The principle of air conditioning is to compress the refrigerant liquid in the circulating pipeline through the compressor, and then blow out the condensation on the surface of the pipe through the hair dryer to cool down. The same goes for window air conditioners.

How does a window air conditioner work? The cold air window air conditioner consists of a refrigeration system, an air circulation system, an electrical control system and a box. It has the functions of temperature regulation, airflow regulation, humidity regulation and air purification.
The working principle of the refrigeration system and air circulation system of the cold air window air conditioner.
1. Refrigeration systemThe refrigeration system of the cold air window air conditioner is similar to the refrigeration system of a refrigerator, consisting of a compressor, a heat exchanger and a throttling device. The indoor heat exchanger is the refrigeration evaporator, and the outdoor heat exchanger is the condenser of the refrigeration system. When the refrigeration system is working, the indoor heat exchanger will continuously absorb the indoor heat, reduce the indoor temperature, and continuously release heat on the outdoor heat exchanger.
Hail. 2. Air circulation systemThe air circulation system of the cold air window air conditioner is composed of a fan motor, a centrifugal fan, an axial fan, an air duct, a filter, a fresh air valve, a floating grille, and an air inlet and outlet. In fact, it can be divided into three parts: indoor air circulation system, outdoor air circulation system and fresh air system.
The air conditioner is introduced here.

1.The air conditioning window is the air conditioner exterior unit shutter.
2.It has the effect of anti-theft, because the environment in which everyone lives is different, so it is also very necessary to install air conditioning exterior shutters, which can also play an anti-theft role to a certain extent.
3.Aesthetic function, in addition to the above two functions, the air conditioning exterior shutter can also play an aesthetic role, the air conditioner exterior unit will become particularly old after the wind and rain, and there will also be rust, but with this kind of blind, there will be no such thing.

The operating principle of a heat pump window air conditioner is basically similar to that of an air-cooled heat pump chiller (Fig. 5---33). 5--33
The air conditioner is divided into indoor and outdoor parts, and it is operated in summer
High-pressure gaseous refrigerant from the exhaust port of the compressor Four-way valve Exothermic condensation into high-pressure liquid refrigerant from the outdoor side coil heat exchanger Filter Throttling capillary becomes low-pressure liquid refrigerant Indoor side heat exchanger coil absorbs heat and evaporates into low-pressure gaseous refrigerant Compressor suction inlet.
The heat exchanger coil continuously absorbs heat from the chamber as it evaporates to cool the air and lower the temperature.
When the window air conditioner is running in winter, the four-way valve can be turned to reverse the refrigerant circulation, and the indoor side coil that was originally used as the evaporator is used as the condenser, and the outdoor side of the condenser coil becomes the evaporator. That is, the high-pressure gaseous refrigerant from the compressor enters the indoor side coil to condense and release heat, and exchanges heat with the indoor air, and the released heat heats the air and increases the room temperature.
The motor drives the fan and impeller to rotate, forcing indoor and outdoor air convection to enhance the heat transfer efficiency of the heat exchanger.
The unit is equipped with a condensate tray, and during summer operation, the condensate generated by the indoor evaporation coil flows to the outside through the water tray and water connection pipe.

The so-called single-cooling air conditioner means that it only blows cold air when it works, which is used for indoor cooling in summer, and also absorbs the residual humidity in the room to make the temperature and humidity in the room moderate. The characteristics of single-cooling air conditioner are simple structure, high reliability and low cost, but its function is single and the usage rate is not high. 1.
Structure The single-cooling window air conditioner is composed of three parts, and its basic structure and working principle are shown in Figure 3-1. (1) Refrigeration system The refrigeration system consists of a compressor, a condenser, a capillary tube, and an evaporator. (2) Air path system The air path system is composed of centrifugal fans, axial fans, motors, dampers and air ducts.
3) Electrical control system The electrical control system is composed of starting relay, temperature controller, overload protector, etc.
This is normal;
Because the temperature of the air outlet is not the temperature of the evaporator, the minimum of 16 degrees is the temperature of the actual evaporator, that is, the real-time temperature of the room. >>>More
Generally, if there is a problem with the refrigeration circulation system of the outdoor unit or the air conditioner, you need to check whether the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is running, and if it is not running, you must ask professional and technical personnel to check whether there is a problem with the electrical part of the air conditioner, whether the compressor is damaged, and whether the fan motor is short-circuited. Whether the starting capacitor has no capacity, and so on. If the external unit is running normally, it is necessary to check the refrigeration circulation system of the air conditioner, whether the system leaks fluorine, whether it is dirty and blocked! >>>More
Dust fullness refers to the dust on the evaporator or filter screen of the indoor unit after being used for a long time. >>>More
According to the reason, it can be dealt with as follows: 1Too little air passes through the outdoor heat exchanger, resulting in too high condensation pressure, increased compressor load, and overload protector jumping >>>More
This book makes a necessary introduction to the principle, structure and basic theoretical knowledge of bus air conditioning, focusing on the detection, diagnosis and repair of bus air conditioning. The book focuses on the computer-controlled bus air-conditioning system, and comprehensively discusses the characteristics, structure, diagnosis and maintenance methods of these systems. The fault diagnosis and maintenance methods of traditional passenger car air conditioners are also introduced in detail. The book also gives a considerable number of examples of the maintenance of passenger car air conditioners. >>>More
