Li Zhiwei, male, was born in Beijing in 1973. He lived in Jiangyou County, Sichuan until the second grade of primary school, and left a good impression on the mountains and rivers of Sichuan. In 1982, he was transferred to Hefei, Anhui Province with his parents, and in 1991, he was admitted to the national key engineering university with high scores, majoring in power system and automation.

After graduating in 1995, he was assigned to Jiangyin Xiagang Power Plant, and because he was dissatisfied with the dull and boring life of the power plant, he resigned in 1996 and became a freelance writer and began to create fairy tales in an all-round way. Li Zhiwei's fairy tales are different from the simple and lively fairy tales of the 80s, and some of his works contain profound reflections on human nature.

In addition to fairy tales, he has also created a large number of juvenile science fiction**, mostly medium and long-form, and has also published a 150,000-word full-length campus**. At the same time, he participated in the screenwriting of cartoons, including "Brainless and Unhappy", "Blue Cat Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry", "Water Margin" and so on.

So far, he has published more than 800 short stories in newspapers and magazines across the country, and published 24 works, including "Toy Dad", "Popcorn Circus", "Clone Storm", "Wisdom Gene", "Internet Thief", "Legend of Thunderbolt", "Angel's Fury", "Fairy Tale Town - Lost Childlike Heart", "University Moon" (**), three volumes of "Li Zhiwei's Fairy Tale Cool" published by China Juvenile and Children's Publishing House, and four volumes of "Li Zhiwei Series of Fairy Tales" by Fujian Juvenile and Children's Publishing House. His works have been selected as "China's Best Fairy Tale" for many times, as well as various anthologies. He has won the Outstanding Work of the Year Award for the three core journals of children's literature in one year, and has also won the 3rd Children's Literature Junyi Award and the 10th Taiwan Jiuge Modern Children's Literature Award.

Li Zhiwei, born in September 1961 in Heshan, Guangdong, joined the Communist Party of China in 1985. In January 1982, he graduated from South China Agricultural University, majoring in agricultural machinery design and manufacturing, and was sent to the United Kingdom to study for a master's degree from October 1987 to February 1989, and graduated from South China Agricultural University with a doctorate degree in agricultural mechanization engineering in December 2002. Since 1998, he has been independently supervising master's students, and was approved as a doctoral supervisor in 2003.

From 1998 to October 2004, he served as the vice president of the College of Engineering of South China Agricultural University. In November 2004, he was appointed as Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice President of Luoding Vocational and Technical College. Li Zhiwei, born in Nanjing in October 1931, is a native of Yingshang, Anhui Province. Formerly known as Li Zhiwei. Graduated from Wuhu Senior Business School.

After enlisting in the army, he studied at the Beijing People's Art Theater in 1953. He is a member of the Anhui Dramatists Association and a first-class teacher in middle school. He is currently a member of the board of directors of the World Chinese Cultural Exchange Association and a member of the expert group of the World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization.
