n stands for non-oil resistance, which means that this mask cannot filter oily particles, but the filtration of non-oily particles for dust and haze is more effective.

The KN series is the particulate protection level of the mask certified by us in China, which refers to the filtering capacity of the mask for non-oily particles with a diameter (the particulate error is in, which is different from the American standard). KN90 is talking about the fact that this mask can filter at least 90% of non-oily particles with an average diameter, and KN95 can filter at least 95% of particulate matter.
