Ingredients: Concentrate is used to make "pizza" at home. Bread, oil, baking powder, tomatoes, minced onions, crushed garlic, meat or vegetables.

8. Basic fermentation is 40 minutes shorter than bread cooking. Then smear some oil on your hands and start kneading the dough again, slightly deflate the dough and knead it into a circle, and then use a rolling pin to roll it out slightly larger than the mold on it, professional chefs are throwing out the dough by hand, which requires some skills, we can only roll it with a rolling pin, hehe!
It's easy. Then put it into the mold, it is an eight-inch round small baking tray, which is sold in ordinary kitchenware stores, don't forget to smear the thin oil before putting it, preheat the oven at 150 degrees in advance for a minute, then turn off the power and the temperature is just about 40 degrees, put it into the baking tray for cooking, and see the dough expand slightly for about 10 minutes. Take out the baking tray and put the filling on top of the dough, remembering that the dough should be surrounded by 1 cm wide edges!
