The main reasons for the pump burning motor are as follows:

Overcurrent short circuit, there may be several reasons:

In particular, it should be noted that the starting current of the motor is 3-5 times of the rated current, so it should be avoided to run under load or full load when starting the equipment (mainly depending on the matching margin between the rated current of the motor and the normal operating current).
2) The motor works in a humid working environment. Before the motor starts, the ground insulation and interphase insulation of the coil should be checked, and the insulation requirements for different voltage levels are also different, which can be checked with reference to the relevant national standards. During the operation of the motor, attention should be paid to the waterproof and moisture-proof of the motor.
3) The mechanical failure of the pump machine causes the motor to be overloaded, and the current is too large and the coil is burned.
4) The heat dissipation of the motor is problematic. Generally, the motor coil adopts an air-cooled shell, and the submersible pump is a water-cooled shell. Large motors are mostly cooled by air-to-air heat exchangers and air-water heat exchangers. If the cooling water (air) is cut off, the coil cannot dissipate heat, and the coil may be burned.
