10) Dust removal and cleaning: Use pressure gun and silicon detergent to remove dust and stains on the body.
11) Wrapping: Paste the masking paper.
12) Spraying intermediate paint: Mix 2 3 layers of multi-functional intermediate paint, each layer is spaced for 5 10 minutes, then dry at 60 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes, and then spray the grinding indicator layer. (13) Polishing the intermediate paint:
Use P320 400 sandpaper to sand the dried intermediate paint.
14) Inspection: Check the grinding effect, you can do micro-filling.
15) Dust removal and cleaning: remove dust and stains from the car body.
16) Care: Cover the car body.
17) Dust removal and cleaning: first use a pressure gun to blow out the dust spots on the body, use a silicone cleaner to remove the body stains, use a pressure gun to blow out the dust in the gaps of the body, and finally use a sticky dust cloth to remove the fine dust on the body.
18) Spray plain paint on topcoat: spray 2 3 layers, each layer is spaced 5 10 minutes apart, and add curing agent and thinner according to the temperature.
19) Spraying base paint: spray 2 3 layers of plain paint, silver powder paint or pearl paint, each layer with an interval of 5 10 minutes.
20) Varnish spraying: Mix and spray two layers of varnish, each layer at an interval of 5 to 10 minutes, and add curing agent and diluent according to the temperature.
21) Bake dry: Let stand for 5 10 minutes, dry at 60 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes. Drying and curing need to be judged, if it feels sticky to the touch of the finger, it is dry surface, if it does not leave finger marks when it is lightly touched, it is semi-hard dry, and if it is pressed without finger marks, it is completely dry.
